I want to challenge all of dxpnet to post their current weight, and actually go on a journey to lose weight. Even if you are at a healthy weight, I challenge you to still work out and develop actual muscle mass. This is just an idea I think we all should

2. Four days: 30 minute breathing + stretches and one hour full body exercise
3. Three different activities: yoga, body pump, rhythm ride

Dangnaggot I wanna take this ring out my ear so bad to give it a good massage but I can't cus I have to leave it on for a whole friggin year till it heal completely. It's really irritating. One good thing I gotta say is that I'm glad to make the right choice by getting the left ear pierced on top cus I normally sleep on my right side. Glad I didn't get both of them pierced like I said I would.
