Apocalypse Hobbies

What new hobbies have you picked up or re started since the pandemic hit?

Right before everything hit I was tapping back into my creative side and since going anywhere but work was not an option I had time to look at my surroundings. There is only so much TV and Video games one person can take.... and believe me I can binge watch and play hours of video games like a champ.

Since the pandemic I have created 2 fairy gardens, refurbished my coffee table, made a witch broom, painted some river rocks, worked on an old project involving a very large jewlery box that I started refurbishing 2 years ago, and now I'm learning wood burning.
Not so much hobbies. Finished up trade school classes and now looking into house plans/interior finishing (sort of long term project).

It usually takes me all day into the next to make one unless I'm zoned in. I'll wrap the hoop then break for a bit. Weave the middle then take a break. Work on the bottom then brake. Add feathers and beads then break. Depends on how fancy it is or what materials are going on. I would like to make some all natural ones from things collected in the woods or at the beach.

I would love to make one but I watched a youtube video on it and I was ready to scream after just watching it for like 2 mins lmao.

Is it the weaving bit? Bc that still makes me want to scream if I venture out into an intricate one. One wrong move and the thing is fcked and your sinew not the same. I just stick to the general weave. It is all time consuming

I’ve picked up more spiritual activities and oil painting

Painting naked is awesome

More hair and skin herbal products

Working on a hair butter and hair moisturizer...maybe take it to market

And getting serious about doing birthchart readings
