Cap in Saturn transit and changes of property

Hello Fellow Capricorn, I am trying to sell my property urgently and buy a new one at the same time. I need to sell my property ASAP. We are now in the Saturn transit. Will this transit help my property sale? Thanks for any input.
Get a knowledgeable agent and keep the list price reasonable to entice a larger market. For example if your goal is a 515k maybe list 499k so that people searching for under 500k won’t miss your property.
Again talk to your agent but you can do incentives for a fast closing like covering 50% of closing if it’s 30days and under.

They're often in the same sign as the Sun that's why Sun is considered the main sign. But here are some examples. Donald Trump is a Gemini but he's not clever, he talks like a baby, Cancer Merc, uses baby words, a simplistic and childish expression.
