The only time I've had a problem with a capricorn is if they feel you are key to their success, that somehow your success will be what they need in order for whatever goal they currently have, then it's a no hold bars all out war if you dont want to participate. For the most part, they are good once they've achieved some of their goals. Before then, they can range from debbie downer to outright nasty. Having said that, some of the best friendships I've had are with caps.

they're super hot and take their duties seriously so long as it's of a material nature.

but they're greedy, arrogant, controlling and overly-concerned about their social status. they prefer people they can brag about knowing. when you get to know them intimately, they're not boring since they're too much of a HEADACHE. will make you cry every week. will stonewall and complain how you're not communicating lmfao. will treat your emotional reactions callously even when it's their fault. getting an apology from them is like squeezing blood from a stone. will set your bedtime and take your phone away. ever had a guy look at your spam emails? this is that guy. expects you to stay faithful to them even when they don't show up for years, sound annoyed over the phone and post about crazy parties online. wonders why you replaced them with someone less attractive but with a better personality overall just coz they've been ignoring you for years and treating you like option #4. and only men gets to cheat, don't you know the rules?

you ever read 'Fables?' they're kinda like Snow White's ex-husband called 'Prince Charming.' they have some archaic belief system and ideas about 'honor' but they're also unrepentant cads.

Never ever had a bad experience with caps. My first love was a cap. Granted I was 14 lol I still adored her. My best friend is a Cap. Some of my closest allies had Cap moons. My aunt who I view as a second mom is a a Cap. My sons brother, who is still very close to me is a Leo with a Cap moon. Never really been involved romantically with one but overall relationship with them its awesome I cant lie

Most of it is just misinterpretation because we don't readily give people access to us. People think they're entitled to that because it works on other signs. They think we're boring because we stonewall them. That's usually because we don't feel it's pertinent to open up or share our knowledge and personality with them (and we don't need the attention). Being excellent judges of character, that's usually a reflection of them. We're here to learn, experience, grow, help others, and climb the mountain. We shouldn't have to placate others so that they feel good about themselves outside of cordiality. That's a waste of our time and a waste of theirs.

As far as connection, that's just a byproduct of being competent and hard working. I have connections because the people I know value a synthesis of wide ranging knowledge and intuition and they seek me out. Social status is another byproduct of demonstrated ability. I've never asked to be the leader like a Leo or an Aries as a reflection of my own undue ego.. but I've always been the Captain of every team and boss in every job I've ever had. That gives social status but that's been bestowed by others due to proficiency and having the best interests of everyone involved. A Cap doesn't have to say anything when they walk into a room for others to take notice. Natural confidence, leadership ability, and self reliance will do the talking. Some will think we're there to undermine them but it's their insecurities about themselves and the inevitable comparison they'll make that's doing it. It's not going stop us from building, adapting, and moving forward on every front because it makes them feel small.

funny too coz the gf for 4 months was a PISCES girl. and he applied right after meeting her but was feeding her BS like "i love you babe, this won't change anything. will make us stronger " basically, she was just option #2 if things don't pan out but libra girl chose this man over an aries who was really into her.

he had 'noble' reasons to advance his career and financially provide for his dad but basically prostituting yourself and effectively emotionally-manipulating women seems like PLAN A for most of these guys.

nope coz he effectively ghosted her but this guy went on full vacation with her and introduced her to his family then signed up for bachelorette. super cringe the whole hometown visit.

Overall, I think they're pretty nice, but not as secure as they portray themselves. Some of my greatest mentors have been Capricorn, and I'm an Aries with a Cap moon. I've been lucky enough to meet some great ones. I've also met a couple that aren't the nicest, but they usually acknowledge their mistakes. I've noticed cardinal signs in general are subject to heavier criticism, I don't think it's a Capricorn thing imo.

Capricorns that are typical of their sign are common and unimaginative, which are both dyed-in-the-wool Earth qualities.

Self-serving, too. They are family-oriented simply because society expects it of them. Not because they have great, big hearts. Don't drink the Kool-Aid. They want you to think they're your betters, when the opposite is true and you're probably miles superior to them. They love to be viewed as special.

Let's not get started on how ugly they are.

I better tread lightly, being that more than half of DXP's active members worship horrible signs.

That >50% coddles those signs, talks them up, and tries to manifest relationships with signs like Virgo and Pisces, because they have low self-esteem and like the idea of having an inferior, whining partner to match their own inadequacies.

Posters that start multy threads about signs like Taurus or Capricorn be trolling, and they know it. It's even worse when they defend their alleged faves. It's like somebody with an unappealing fetish that keeps trying to convince you it's hot and sexy, even though arguing that point is a losing battle.

Earth signs are disturbing, behind their boring facades. No depth. No charm. No finesse. Dumb and one-dimensional.

Even the exceptions aren't particularly redeeming.

Lastly

If you truly can't figure out why people dislike podunk signs like Capricorn, there's something fundamentally wrong with you.



They remind me of Christmas in the '70s and '80s, complete with sweaters, candles and gingerbread houses. I can smell the mothballs and sweet potato casserole from here. That's classic Cancer, too.
