you mean both conjunctions in synastry?
venus is generally fine, you get along well and don't find anything nasty or off-putting, mars is a little more complicated, it can create friction, that can be super exciting at the beginning, especially if you like those kind of thrills, but it needs to be toned down if you want to live together, too many clashes are a pain in the ass for the long run.
venus conjunct venus can get boring or feel stalled if there's nothing spicy in the chart, but that's more on individual basis, especially for air venus or dominant charts

Oh mine are the same.. I guess I was misunderstanding.. cuz I can’t flip if mine are the same. I have had the same Venus with someone we did get along very well but too similar can be a problem too. Never experienced it in Mars though.

yeah I think you mean venus conjunct venus and mars conjunct mars while OP means venus conjunct mars double whammy.
but OP has a natal venus-mars square and that changes things, cuz like me, when someone's mars conjunct my venus it will also squares my mars, and mars square mars is something lmao complicating everything even more.

Mars aspect to Venuss, Venus to Venus, and Mars to Mars is called a double whammy. Never not heard that NOT being amazing sex and chemistry. Even with a square aspect mixed in.

I had never read it like grey put it.
AFAIK, double whammy is just having mutual aspects so it is when the same 2 planets are in aspect between two people.
Example: a man's pluto in aspect to a woman's venus, while the woman's pluto aspects the man's venus
this would then make the influence of that particular combination of planets very strong in the relationship.

Well all I know is with Cap we are both cap Venus and it was a comfort, a closeness, a just understanding each other that’s been different than with others. So that’s kinda what I was thinking 🤔

No it’s not conjunct. I just thought it was because we both had Venus. But i haven’t looked at the aspects for awhile.
