Based on astrology, who seems to care more about people and the environment? Who has a more practical and inclusive approach?
I think the Capricorn would be warmer between these two and the Pisces more detached and logical
Capricorn/Pisces are usually very charismatic. That combo even in reverse has success in dealing with people. They can be quite funny if your in their inner circle. They also a unique way of being emotional that is more enduring universally to the rest of the zodiac. However they can get involved in crime or shady dealings. They can handle being disrespected but they usually come out on top in the end. They can be lazy at times but the Cap sides gets them back to making money.
Pisces/Virgo is a strange combo. You would think with that moon they would be neat and more orderly but I've seen roaches in houses with people from this sign and I can't figure out why. The Pisces sun trumps all in most cases in what decisions they make.They are truly all over the place a times but if you have hurt them they truly know where to get you. They can use that Pisces chameleon affect and that Virgo logic to truly dismantle an opponent and they don't mind drawing it out for a while. It's pretty effective yet they in general want peace and to be taken care of somehow as they usually have had a hard life so that justifies their behavior in their mind. They like Geminis the most. When they are honest about a subject it sticks with you.
Honestly don't underestimate either combo.

I’ve rarely known Pisces people to be reliable. One of my Pisces/Aqua moon friends is the flakiest person I know as is a friend of our sons who has a Gemini moon.
The most reliable friend I have is a Capricorn with Pisces moon and Merc in Sag. We share the same sense of humour and I’d trust her with my life. She’s a combo of grounded yet eccentric. She’s also very intelligent/knowledgeable.

Saturn is more structured and reliable than Neptune that can be all over the place.
First person cause these oppositions might make second person more difficult - Sun/Moon, Sun/Mars,Venus/Moon, Venus/Mars. First person has better balanced chart
