Do you find the planets on the MC or in the 10th House are the only thing that matters.?

I do. My sister has mercury conjunct Jupiter, sun and another one in the 10th house. And she has so much success, her life is just so easy and she does so many things. She easily got back in the workforce after 15 years looking after three children. Meanwhile, I’m struggling with my Chiron MC. I’m not saying I want to swap charts with her, just something in the tent house, like sun or Jupiter or Venus… just anything. Even Jupiter in Gemini, like my peers… would’ve made me a bit smarter

If it helps - I'm more like you than your sister and I also have Sun in 10th conjunct MC 😅 it's not actually an indicator of success in a care, it's more of an indicator how important career is to a person. For us with Sun in that aspect and placement it's of utmost importance, but just because that is so, doesn't mean success will come easily. I told you before that my bf has same MC as you and also Chiron in 10th conjunct it. His career is much more successful than mine. Mine came late, I was searching myself and I left the road I was at for a long time which is why I was basically left behind. Everyone who I was friends with, even those who were very poor students got their careers much earlier than me. For example, I have a friend who was a bad student ever since she can remember, her mom actually studied with her snd that's how she finished entire schooling, up to the last exam at the University. She got masters degree and started working right after she graduated. She never learned even english as a foreign language enough for even most basic communication. I, on the other hand, learned aside from English as foreign language also German, French, Spanish, Italian, Arabic and Latin. I also had better grades in high school and in college I started slacking. I did tho graduate at the University, two different masters degrees in the end but it took me long time to get back to studying after I made a break. Even after first graduation I was unemployed for years, which is why I went for masters degree to try improving my odds. I felt miserable not having a career while it was always my dream to have a successful career. Finally I got the job that I trully desired, but then again another road block happened, a bureaucratic one now...and I'm still stuck in the limbo of waiting

Well, two masters degrees sounds pretty good😂😂😂 I was incapable of that. I mean, I was technically I was having good grades, but I dropped out because I felt alien to the other students. I didn’t want to be in the same room as them anymore. It’s like they insulted my soul.

And you’ve learned a lot of languages😮 where are you from? And how old are you? If that’s OK

I find astrology also depends on the country of origin.

All I got is mars conjunct midheaven. And I don't know what that entails.

That’s great, it means you have drive in your career, or you have a military or police career, or people know you for your drive or aggression.

Oh ok so I done achieved and accomplished my mars conjunction that makes sense.

my mc just tells me i need to surrender to the cottagecore life style . not much going on in my 10th. but it's been too peaceful lately so i'm starting a new project by monday. so that, my toddler and my star wars pre-empire fanfics would keep me busy. maybe have another baby 🤷🤷

It's a big deal to accomplish that but it really makes no difference in the end if you're still struggling to get a good job 😂

I'm from Croatia and I'm 38. We had several English, French, German and Latin in school and others I learned cause I was interested. I don't speak them as fluent as English ofc. I've given up on Arabic after I realized I'll have no use of it as I thought I could which was the reason why I started so that one I know the least

it's an aesthetic romanticizing the country/farm life

like in the time of marie antoinette when aristocrats wants to cosplay the 'beautiful and peaceful' life of the peasantry and they dress up as milkmaids and run around meadows, picking wildflowers and chasing each other by the river or whatever romantic fantasy people used to have about the peasant life style in ye olden days

It could be better. Depends greatly on what your occupation is, some are always on demand and some offer very few possibilities. You simply can't be anything in medicine or IT and unemployed, that's almost impossible to happen if you have even slightest desire to work. I thought before about moving to Germany in fact...but reality is that I hate that language 😂 and honestly I love this country so much, I never truly wanted to leave, it was only about earning more when I considered move. But since I got my job I crossed that option entirely. It doesn't pay as much as something similar in Germany would, but I can manage with salary I'll have when I advance with my position. Thing is, I love that exact job so much that I wouldn't trade it for any other, even higher paying one.

Right… I had a Croatian friend for a while, she wanted to move to Australia, but she ended up staying in her country and being happy, Croatian’s love their country I think.😊

Been to both, but less in Serbia...both have their own charms. For living, I think Serbia has lowest standards and worst politics. Since we read daily news on all these countries, a lot has been going on in past few months there and their government imo must be the worst. Bosnia is exactly the middle ground - it's similar in most things to Croatia but both living cost and prices are lower. However health care system and government seem worse. Not as bad as Serbia still tho lol both have beautiful places to visit and live in and all Balkan countries are similar to each other in many ways. I just prefer croatia cause of the sea shore lol I'm forever in love with the sea and that's why it's my favorite

Yeah, but it seems like Croatia has been hogging all the sea… not fair to the other countries😂

Do you miss the days of Yugoslavia?

What about other eastern European countries like Romania Montenegro or Albania?

I’m curious because I don’t really know that part of the world. I went to Prague on my high school week. And it was pretty poor but beautiful.

I honestly have no idea what Yugoslavia was like. War happened when I was 7...so my memory doesn't contain many info on the Yugoslavia 😂 tbh I'm not a big fan of it and I don't see why people stick to the past so much...it might be simply my future-oriented views because I can't stand dwelling on the past as some do... My opinion on those countries is low tbh lol I have no desire to even visit them lol Albania seems very poor and disorganized, not my cup of tea. macedonia is a bit better but still not so good. Only Slovenia stands well out of ex Yu countries and Croatia is right behind it

OK, my perception of ”empire’s” has changed over the years. I used to think every country should be independent. But now I’m more like, union creates strength

Is the job situation pretty bad in Eastern Europe? have you thought of moving more west?

Its really beautiful, I can't think of a country I would rather live in...I'd like to visit many and I love so many places around the world but this is home 🙂 and when you manage to make a decent living for yourself, you trully don't have a reason to move elsewhere then

Definitely 😊 it looks beautiful the mountains the beaches… the quiet… what do you think of Bosnia and Serbia?

Sometimes, yes. As long as it's not forced but an actual union. Yugoslavia seemed quite forced from my perspective. It was unsustainable in the long run the way it was arranged. Only someone firm and well grounded like Tito was could have made it last - but that person didn't exist. In my opinion dissolution simply happened cause there were 3 fire signs in the leadership positions - two Leos and a Sag - that's a very bad idea from my personal perspective. I'd leave country leadership roles to Earth signs and never give them to fire signs! Sag might be the safest in not causing chaos option out of three but we're not equipped for leadership as well. And I can imagine now people will consider me crazy for this but eh, it's my opinion and I stand behind it

Yes, well that’s an interesting observation

But I think maybe fire signs are good for moving forward, for having motivation, the spark, the dare to try new things

@bricklemark - impossible to quote anymore 😅 kinda aloof and illusional. Scattered mind and in it's own world. For the outsiders America really seems to live in their own world - fitting the Pisces for example. Not that it's a bad thing but that it just has no awareness of the outside world.

It’s a cancer fourth of July. Yes it’s true. It’s very hermetic and patriotic.

But what sign the rest of yall country is? I wouldn't say America is hermetic we got our long history as being outsiders. We got the militaries something I'm pretty sure other countries don't have, wars, tourists from other parts of the world comes to ours because they so love America and all that therapeutic jazz. So how is America a hermit when even on our birthdays we get out and celebrate the 4th of July? Our birthdays as in our country's birthday. To say cancer is suppose to be introverted that sure as hell not in America's case.

I think a lot of Americans don’t travel outside of their country which in itself isn’t very educational.

This is about as instigating as it gets. Tons and tons of Americans travel outside their country what you talkin bout. Might not be as much as those from other countries that do a lot of traveling but you can't sit here and count America out. I don't travel simply because I no longer do that anymore. I'm at that point where it's time I settle to one place and one place only. America. And besides why would I care to travel anyway. I was never too fond of traveling its not fun to me that's why a lot of people perish (or parish or however the hell you spell that word) in planes now and I don't want to be next in line. And yall still ain' never told me what sign yall country is. Once I get that answer I'll be happy and be on my merry way.

Then I must be misinformed as I read not a whole lot of Americans hold passports

Maybe it’s changed now?

I’ll check what sign my country is but you can always Google to find out others are?

Apparently only 50% of Americans hold passports if the figures are to be believed?

I have a passport that expires in 2032 *cough cough dory*

I got it because in 2021 to cheer myself up I booked a cruise to Mexico for Christmas break, then another one (a Temptations nudey Miami cruise) for February. Was thrilled because I don't drive and hadnt left the state, hardly the town in a decade. Then my hot Pisces on-off ex told me suddenly he wanted me to try to get a home loan so we could get a house together. I canceled the cruises, couldn't get everything refunded though, and couldn't figure out how to get a home loan/nothing went through. And he soon dumped me again. Heartbreaking really, I regret canceling those cruises so much. Other than that, furthest I've been is to Key West

Moral of the tale ~ never put a man before yourself and plans?

Is the “cough cough” a hint to meet someone from Dxp? 😃. If so hope they’re not a Pisces ~ Gemini and Pisces can be a disaster of a match as you know. I went back for seconds with another Aqua just to make sure 🙃 but learned my lesson, no third time unlucky for me lol 😂
