Im gonna base it mostly off people I've worked with the last couple of years since I've gotten to know them well and know at least their sun sign.

I wouldn't necessarily place Venus ruled men on the feminine scale. Their more on the pretty side. I always consider myself as a feminine man but I do have some masculine qualities. So I might fall somewhere in between as neutral because I'm mercurial.

Cancer feminine. You are talking about someone who will look up for their family, put themselves on the line for the people they care about the most. Be the bread winner and shape society. I mean look around you, Cancer are making and shaping society throughout times. They care and have an incredible ability to create thing that benefit society, Nicholas Tesla, Elon Mus etc. Plus check out Mike Tyson and Brock Lesnar. Two people who have dominated their field. Say they are cry baby weak. they will pumble you.
Plus Cancer tend to be the most physically gifted people when it comes to fighting. Yes the toughest people I know are Cancers. Especially the girls. You don't want to mess with Cancer.

This is the correct end lineup. While Capricorn are strong and powerful, they aren't more masculine then Leos. I know Leo's can be dramatic, but we let that shit go. Capricorn men hold grudges, and are willing to have a mock emotional battle the second they have the chance with someone who wronged them. Then they pretend they aren't emotionally driven, yet dominate the playing field due to holding back for so long. That is a feminine trait imo. Saturn has to wear the bones of everything it destroyed around it's neck to make it known it's great at beating their opponents. The sun wears the entire solar system, because it's the sun. Nothing more, nothing less.
