Tell us about your 8th house

as in real life scenarios..

I have Moon and Mars in 8th. Way back when I tried dating apps, I found most people uninteresting and vapid. Not a snob I just hate small talk and talking about myself. I barely chatted with anyone longer than a week but got to know 2 guys over the course of about 6months.

1st turned out to be a convicted murderer. Yup, showed me the news article and everything. He’d been out for almost 10 yrs and was super nervous to tell me. Very genuine and interesting guy. Still hits me up to say high.

2nd was a recovering addict with over 7yrs sobriety. Told him I wouldn’t sleep with him and he still took me to Vegas. Strange, but a deep spiritual person who’d seen and learned a lot in life.

I think my 8th draws people with complex pasts and experiences. Maybe I find they have substance.

The Pisces has 3 outer planets in the 8th and he has some pretty crazy, ancestral talents. People living and not want to talk to him. He just knows stuff.

We both like astrology.

haven't really attracted murderers or addicts but I've mostly encountered people who've said very little about themselves (kinda mysterious i suppose). i mostly rely on 'vibes' and if i like hanging around someone.

maybe it got me to marry a scorpio moon I met on facebook (most of his pics were out of focus, obscure, almost off-cam). the impression was 'mysterious' but knowing him, he turned out to be the sweetest and silliest man (which i love even more). doesn't drink nor smoke. and surprisingly to me, we both share a love for thrillers and old hollywood plots.

Sag 8th house. Mars, Neptune, and Uranus Eros with sextiles to Venus.

Yes I'm highly sexual but also spiritual. I even mix the 2.

Very picky about my partners, so not a slut. I can't deny the hoe qualities as man but I want to be a Hoe with my partner. When I get hungry that does get hard.

I tend to attract people going through 8th house stuff. Magnet attraction to sexuality expressive woman and I don't judge.

My type is usually judged.

The aggressive part you talk about, I personally have issues with that. Their are times I've been into someone and held back only for them to go elsewhere.

I'm trying not to take it too seriously and just relax but it can be frustrating.

My 8th is loaded. It’s painful tbh and at times exhausting.

I manifest almost instantly with all that energy but death is a reoccurring theme for sure.

Yeah I'm similar. I've actually had to turn down lots of women in my younger years when I was in a band. I have the urge to do it but I can't when it comes time to actually do it.

Part of me screams this is bullshit.

My do I have to play the game everyone else is to have similar or at least my own experiences. Free from guilt and without feelings like I missed out.

I've always held back in this category.

Have you found a balance yet? I agree its hard. On ine hand you dont want to seem disinterested. On the other hand you dont want to come off like its just about sex.

I haven't. I think its a mindsets problem.

How I'm approaching it because that will dictate my behavior and responses to the courtship. Because that will determine how and if I click with someone.
