What placements are hard for you to get along with?

like there's always some kind of tension?

i think i finally know why i hate libra placements so much. it's coz of my FIRST HOUSE! they never get my jokes and i never get theirs. and they don't understand that i live in a bubble where it's all about me and everything that's an extension of me. and they like to fight me using elements that i do NOT recognize such as rumor-mongering and social destruction when i'm a fucking introvert. hell i'll only really be responsive to your opinion if it furthers my own theories. they can't seem to mind their own business and all i care about is mine. they malign other people's character but all i care about is mine. they think my motives for doing things are the same as theirs which is stupid coz mine is mainly pure self-absorption and they're always motivated socially (yes even the ones who claim to be introverted).

and i don't see anything wrong with this coz it's my nature. how do i fight what nature laid out? why should i bother them about their own nature? and self-absorbed-people never bother other people but nor do they get out of their way to make you comfortable. but it's always these socials and their need to mingle that rubs me wrong.

i will make a thread about libra/aries axis in the future to discuss differences yet similarities as well. how both sides are after validation but in very different ways.

there's also the scorpio/taurus axis.

but if i start now, i might end up writing a book about it.

Mercury Pisces drives me insane

Libra places generally also..I prefer the raw tender spots, I'm used to those and it's reality, confrontations ok too and libra generally dislikes that and maneuvers so that everything is nice and sweet and no problem and it usually just makes me suspicious and avoid them.

Libra sun's are cool generally but I usually find out later they've got scorp placements.

Earth Mars placements are love hate for me also (my Mars in fire)

For me, it’s Leo males in my personal life with the exception of one. I don’t have much interaction with Leo’s here, so this isn’t directed to the locals.

Not sure what it is about me, but there always seems to be an annoying need to be validated by me. I had a life long friend that was also my rival(?). I’ve known this guy since the 4th grade (age 9) and once we reached late adolescence, he had a huge need to belittle me, compare his popularity to mines in high school etc and his life accomplishments at the time. Not a very intelligent guy. Moreover, would consider him the class clown and him now at 32, still a clown.

Fast forward to adult life, I’ve acquired better paying jobs, had significantly better relationships with women, and lived on my own and he continued to find ways to belittle me (he’s lived with his mom for years at this point, can’t hold a job, and drives a cheap beater car)

Fast forward to me being newly single and hitting a bump in life, I caught a DUI, got my car impounded, racked up fees, and damaged my credit slightly and he used that as a reason to literally jump on me. I was bettering myself and when I was out meeting women, he’d bring that up in social situations with women if it was tipping in my favor. Anyways, one day we got in an argument after I fixed all of my shit and I stopped talking to him. He reached out for a while but I’m done with that negativity.

Also, iirc, he’s still a virgin, or at least, I’ve never heard of him getting laid from the chatter of our close circle at the moment.

Also my brother. Leo Sun as well. He’s a hot mess at 33 yrs old. I basically have to watch over this grown ass kid and I fucking hate it. My parents dumped him on me and I’m the younger brother.

I don't really know to be honest. I wanna say fire placements so bad but then again everybody's energy rub me off. Everybody moves faster than me and seem to be much more physically healthier and have a ton more energy than I do anyways. I just don't have it in me to keep up with nobody.

And speaking of jokes I LOVE to joke around with people but some people take that shit too seriously like most on here do. So I stop joking around on here.

Well by reading this post, I'm sorry that some individuals had to deal with leo craps. I personally had issues in the past with air placements, I always thought they hated me with their detached behaviors.

Whenever I tried to approach and talk, they made me like I wasn't good enough to even interact with them. I felt so damn insecure, I thought something was wrong with me and I felt dumb. It gave me anxiety as hell.

Sometimes I eventually run into problems with Aries and Libra, at least the suns. Things usually start out well enough, but some of them basically expect other people to just concede everything to them and basically be their yes men. So unless your views are almost exactly like theirs or you just agree with everything they say, there’s bound to be issues

Aries tries to get people to go along with them just through force of will and confidence, Libra uses their charm and diplomacy to do it, but underneath it’s similar cardinal energy. And a lot of the ones I’ve met get too irritated when people challenge them on things “too much” or don’t fall in line with whatever they want

I used to dislike Aries Sun males and females, Aqua Sun females, and Aqua Moon m/f....felt Aries energy was overly blunt/aggressive/pushy (which I can often be myself, could be my main trait lol), and Aqua energy was cold/unemotional/detached to psychopathic levels (am Uranus dominant and I actually feel I have a ton in common with my Aqua bros now and love our convos)....

for every person with an aspect/placement I've had an issue with and developed a prejudice around its most often been rooted in family tensions or pre-reflective adolescent experience....I've later met someone else who had said placement, and grown to like them and/or understand it better....I do believe whole charts matter, espec. if what you're having the issue with is the dominant energy. With a counterbalancing element, you can see it in a whole new light. My brother was Aqua dominant, with the Sun and Moon...I just could not see the emotion or any sentimentality in his character and he had trouble expressing it....as an adult, seeing him as a father, seeing how he is probably more sentimental around keeping our family tight than I am, and though he has trouble with 1x1 intimacy he relates better to the group as a whole, its just a different perspective....

also, what I've found is that when I find someone of the accused placement that I click with, I tend to like them more than I do the average person even w/smoother synastry....I have a serious crush on my Sag's Aqua Moon mom for instance lol; we sit and talk for hours....And with Aries, I realized I was just generalizing unfairly from my abusive grandfather, and that I actually have had a bunch of close Aries friends in life, really do respect their courage, love a ton of Aries musicians, actors, visual artists, etc.

I think you can use astro to cement prejudices if you want but if so you're doing yourself a disservice....better to try to understand a placement's motivations, sensitivities, etc. and develop more compassion around it.....and even in cases where the behavior or energy still bothers you, I think there's great value in understanding that another person has these tendencies by nature as you were saying, so they're not so individually culpable, a "bad person", you shouldn't judge them so harshly....kumbaya, etc.....

Virgo energy can irk me!! Which is odd bc I'm Virgo/Scorpio dominant.

Anything major water. It's okay and without problems if there is a basis of trust or just good faith but without it they tend to jump to conclusions way too much and are downright horrible with communication.

The end result is often fighting over nothing but something they thougght might be there but never bothered to check or just ask. In that sense water energy has always been the most exhausting and negativity spreading energy.

The thing with major water placements, is it's easy to get this way with a sign that doesn't show their hand because water placements sometimes need at least an inch of some type of emotional response. We want to sense things. It's easy to get lost in translation with Aquas because of the natural rebellion they have that water placements feel. This is pretty confusing, at least for me it is. And I'd rather not ask, if it isn't supplied or upfront. It's supposed to be shown when a person cares. This is why water placements aren't for everyone.

I love my water placements. I'm super in touch with my emotions and those who deserve how caring I am get the right amount of them with no complaints at all. I'd rather a person be accepting of me then the other way around.

But I'm not negative with mine because of my positive sun.

We want to sense things. It's easy to get lost in translation with Aquas because of the natural rebellion they have that water placements feel. This is pretty confusing, at least for me it is. And I'd rather not ask, if it isn't supplied or upfront. It's supposed to be shown when a person cares. This is why water placements aren't for everyone.

I love my water placements. I'm super in touch with my emotions and those who deserve how caring I am get the right amount of them with no complaints at all. I'd rather a person be accepting of me then the other way around.

But I'm not negative with mine because of my positive sun.

Do you have a water moon? Is yours negative?

Relate heavily to what I have in bold there.. I rely on what they say and their actions, so if they are holding back, I make a shit ton of assumptions in my head instead of asking.. I don't even know why.. Pride, ego maybe..

But I do love my water placements too. I feel they add the depth my Gemini Sun needs.

Yeah I'm the same way. I think it's a great balance with how both of our suns are.

But I can see how things would turn negative without the proper shaping from someone who is supposed to protect and care for you. Sometimes you just have to not believe the negative parts and know your worth.

Well good luck with overcoming the things you need to deal with. That moon of yours can be a monster with the insecurity thing 🙂 But you're sun should save you some. Geminis are great and love being happy above anything else.

Mercury in Pisces and Scorpio are irritating to me. They like twisting words, playing mind games and faking innocence, which I can see straight through. Then when they are called out on it they play the passive/ aggressive card and pretend they weren't meaning anything by what was says. It drives me nuts and although I've tried to get along with them, it's easier to avoid these placements.

Nothing is clear for me and it just seems like they are lying pieces of shit, while they laugh at me being upset and take enjoyment from it.

By this stage in my life I'm well past being insecure. I am pretty confident in who I am and proud of it. My main issue is trusting others, which can come off as insecurity in some ways I guess too.

Just kidding. Yeah, I get it. I can only really trust someone I fall in love with. I don't trust anyone else, even close friends, it's sad but true. I always think there is a way they will let me down and that has to do with my abandonment issues. The only sense of security I have is from a spouse who has broken past any barriers that I have and has stayed strong and consistent with me. You Geminis are good at that 🙂

What sign is Jupiter in and house? I do believe my 5th house sun has helped me to stay in such a positive place. I find 8th house Suns struggle with combatting the pessimistic mind set.
