I was thinking cancer rising vibes or moon in 1st house cause of his round face. I took Pisces risings to be more dreamy/up in the clouds like; not sure how it looks on males as it’s more easier to spot that in the females. Jupiter in 1st house can cause people to appear chubby, idk if Sag rising works that way but his teeth can pass off as Sag rising feature. I also assumed he thinks his birth time is during a certain time of day which narrows between a few risings.

When I first asked him he told me one time but when I asked him again he said it was a made-up time so he's not going to tell me.
