As with all placements, whenever they are very close to other sign by being at last or first degree you will always have characteristics of that other sign too and they might be even more accented so I would go with my gut in your place
Ty for this! I guess, if I will feel both, and may even feel the other sign more, that means I could really be any of the two. Strangely, the only thing that is different is the sun sign and a couple of houses; even the AC is the same in both scenarios, so, since there are so few possibilities, I think I'll have to just learn more and check what they would all entail.

Well, I believe Sun sign changes at different time in different years and different places on Earth. But if you have all the rest accurate and you have it change with that small difference in time then you really can't be certain which is it without knowing exact time for certain. But like I said even if you are a Scorpio in fact, you will be more like a Sag than a Scorpio because last degree in any placement is basically the next sign anyways. I have this confirmed by an astrologer because I was looking into someone's chart who has even 3 planets like that! Retrograde Venus at 0° Virgo, Mercury at 29° Virgo, Saturn at 0° Scorpio. And that astrologer told me then that last degrees of a sign can simply be looked at as next sign for most characteristics. Same applies in case of retrograde planets at first degrees of a sign...click to expand

Well, I do think I'm more a sagittarius, although I'm gonna have to study things more and be open to the possibility that I'm a scorpio. Hopefully, I can ask my mother, one day, but she's not available at the moment.

Yeah, deep down inside I feel Scorpio but I do many times act and speak like a sag. I believe though that I don't have the real embodiment of sag energy. When I connect with sagittarius though, I understand and I feel they click with me.
But I don't feel like they really know who I truly am. When they know, that's when they start galloping away, haha.

There’s conflicting claims of an 1 hour window I was born within that can change both my rising and my moon… I relate to both signs in those positions almost equally.

Oh? How do you handle that? Do you have two (or more?) different charts, or do you go by one that you feel comfortable with? Which signs are they?

I done went that route before. They don't keep birth records after you've pass the age of 10 then they throws it in the garbage can.

damn. I'm lucky that the Mississippi hospital kept mine, except it was pointless to look because it was only off what my mom told me by 4 minutes.

For rising it’s between Scorpio & Sagittarius but I also have Jupiter & Pluto in Sagittarius in the 1st house which give similar vibes as both Sagittarius & Scorpio risings lol. My moon is between Leo and Virgo but I can be like textbook definition of Leo. Only thing that makes me wonder is where my OCD, overthinking, dealing with perfectionism and hypochondria comes from as I have no other Virgo placements but I don’t understand the Virgo moon as much anyway. I don’t think this issue affects transits as much as it might impact only a few degrees here and there.

Really? When you say 'on the cusp' do you mean you have your TOB...but that your sun sign is on the cusp, or that you don't know your TOB and don't know your sun sign?

Another issue is I was born under a full moon so whether it’s Leo or Virgo it would still be opposite my sun in regards to it being a tight orb. I also have an angry Leo mars so Leo energy is not foreign.
No I would not enjoy sorting paper clips in my spare time. But I do own way too many types of disinfecting wipes… that get reordered often.
I’ve made both charts and some of my planets shift to different houses that I relate to more than the initial birth time that I’m used to but I still can’t wrap my head around the different moon and rising (Virgo & Sag) it assigns me to. Feels weird. Definitely been suffering from confirmation bias this whole time.
To make matters more intriguing, the past couple of years I’ve been lightly interested in bazi. You’ve probably seen some users post their rise and fall charts predicting their good/not so good years. My marriage years are spot on for both birth times but the initial birth time has a depressing chart after my mid-30s whereas the other birth time has an amazing, pretty lucky chart overall. I’d obviously like to believe I’m the latter lol
