I agree with your statement though to an extent. Romantic attraction would necessitate that your own placements have something that finds the Scorpio stellium attractive.
I speak of sex appeal that would draw in people on a general level. For example, I know couple Scorpio stelliums now. I’m not romantically interested in any of them. In fact I find them annoying and always complaining. However, I was at first drawn to them, not romantically but rather as friends. Also, these individuals are not people I find physically attractive either. One of them is a dead beat and all these women flock to him and willing to foot the bill for him. Beats me.
As for Kim K, she’s a Libra. The reasons they always have someone ready after a breakup and well known for rebounds and cheating is because they will give anyone standing outside their door a shot while looking for the next best thing. They don’t have standards when it comes to rebounds and people they cheat with to get out of the previous relationship

I think he capitalizes on the crazy stories people say about him and I don't think there is anything wrong with that.
