What? Libra picks Aries for VP

Kamala Harris (Libra) pick Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz (Aries) as VP choice. Obviously, she isn't interested in a subordinate VP. Both are born the same year, 1964 - the year of the Chinese astrology the Wood Dragon. He is a North Node in Cancer (softens that Ram up a bit), and she is a North Node in Gemini. Why would a Libra pick an Aries?
Harris has fire in her chart. Her moon in Aries - so they have the Sun-Moon connection. Also, she has her Mars in Leo, so fire energy is fine with her. Walz has Venus in air, Gemini. He is most exciting. Sure, the other candidates were good but this gains a ton of traction. How do we campaign an astronaut or a pro-Israel guy with Pennsylvania power. Even without Pennsylvania, I think it's a good move

Posted by mirthyQFrom what I understand, this pairing is common. Also, speaking from an Aries perspective, I do not want to be top dog all the time. In fact, it seems exhausting. That's more of a Leo thing. From what I understand, Aries likes to push oneself when interested in something or if there is a reason that fuels them. Many Libras I've met usually want to lead....that's the funny thing about having a polar opposite connection; it can act as a mirror of what you truly are rather than what you want to project. I'm not surprised a Libra is in this position, they're underrated leaders and often have strong personalities that are overlooked by their refined appearances.

You might wanna look at Kamala's chart more closely. She has a Moon in Aries which conjnct's Walz's Sun in Aries. They have the Sun Moon conjunction. Kamala is probably good with Walz. They are both comfortable with eachother.

The only reason why she picked an old white man, (which half of the country actually had a problem with just a few years ago; they made a big deal that the typical political candidate was always an old white man) is so that she can show people that she’s a strong black woman who can have a white guy as her subordinate. But it’s BS because she’s only half black, and my brown ass is blacker than her. Anyway, it’s part of that good old identity politics as usual.
