Hope you've all had a wonderful 2015 full of happiness, sadness, bitterness, accomplishment etc etc.

To new stories, experiences, fun and laughter smile

Any new years resolutions?

Do you guys believe in new years resolutions? Personally I just think it's setting up for ourselves to fail haha!
I like new years resolutions. The new year is a great place to start. I think the trick to keeping them is actually truly wanting whatever your resolution is - it can't be half hearted. Also not being so hard on yourself when you slip up - get up and try again, and you get stronger each time, and you get encouraged by your wins. But giving up reinforces your belief that you aren't strong enough to continue (when in fact you just need to keep going and build that strength).

My new years resolutions:
- To become more balanced, in everything
- Focus more on my health and overall well being, and stop/fade out my bad habits
I think that's a good thing to strive for smile

Happy new year TIZ!

Also another aussie YAY!

My resolution would be to... destroy sydney's lockout law.

Snoz, help me move into Oz!

Sneak me in some how.

That can be arranged but I need you to work at my sweatshop for 2 dollars an hour. I can even provide you with a cosy shoebox for you and fox to move into!

It's the whole reason I want to have a start up in melbourne. In Sydney you're locked out of a venue by 1:30am. All drinks ceased at 3am. It's killed the night life here Sad

Mainly the bikey gang in Kings Cross. I agree there was a lot more incidents in before but comparatively it's now spread out across. Instead of tackling the real issue they went with an idea that's already proven not work sigh.

Happy new year Snoz!!! I am just glad 2015 is almost over.

I don't really do them either, why start the year off like that,, unless its something reasonable.
I don't have enough booze for that day.
Thanks for the kind words. Throughout the year I set up goals that come up depending on the various circumstances that arise. I always strive to improve myself and evolve.

Hope you have a blast ringing in the New Year

It's easy, it takes 5 minutes online.
When you're filling the form and they ask you "can you fabricate an homemade grenade?" You answer YES and you're in.

They'll soon need more firepower at the Opera House Big Grin
Resolution: to master the 5 basic sauces in classical cooking.
Now I have enough booze for that day. Screwdriver anyone?
Sydney's lockout laws are right where they need to be, that whole section of Sydney is so putrid and vile an air strike needs to be commissioned to the area. There's no sense of community in the area, had they had any of that in the first place they would have had a chance but all the businesses are at each other's throats because they are competing against each other and in the whole process have created a toxic nightlife where shit heads go out for a good night out on the roids and what not and kill each other.

Even my brother works on oxford st says the laws suck for his side of town, it's sad that the only time people come together and create shoddy communities just so they can have their shitty night lives back.

Melbourne has always had the best nightlife, even though it's spread out over a bigger area people are more welcoming and are from a stronger community that Sydney could ever hope to achieve. I think a big contribution to an living areas success rate is the people and Sydney has lots of rotten people, go to Melbourne and everyone are awesome, even the dickheads are awesome because at least they have character. I dunno living in Melbourne really opened my eyes.

My New Years resolution s to quit smoking again with my BF and get some muscles
I don't do resolutions because I'm never motivated to follow through with them. If I had to make one this year it would be to do some basic exercises every day but there's not a lot of hope for that happening
