if you're having a difficult time, and he places you in the friendzone, it's similar to how YOU would put him in the friendzone. But every couple is different, and there's really no rule book, just be yourself and if he likes that, he likes that. Plus, every scorpio man is different. Is he an airy scorpio? A fiery one? Watery? All these have to be taken into consideration. Without words, you should respect his privacy and respect him as a person. All the things that you yourself want, unless... You're going to have to find out his chart. And you need some water in your chart as well. it doesn't have to be the moon, but at least in the Mars/Venus ect. That's where you're going to have some rapport with him. Even if he's completely airy, with just his sun as one water placement, it's still important to have some water in my opinion. The water binds you together (IF!) you are meant to be that is.

Part of me thinks that the problem was that we were pressured to know what we were and then he had other issues in his life and it became too much.
I think I wanna stick around for couple months. See how things progress and then figure out what to do.

I'm a Gemini, aqua rising. My bf is Scorpio, aqua rising. I think it REALLY depends on other placements in your charts. He and I butt heads at times of course, but we talk things out and compromise, no blow outs. No silent matches and head games. We get along well; honestly, I dated 5 scorps before him (one being Scorp-Sag cusp) and my current Scorp is the ONLY one I have really got along with. His Aqua rising and Leo moon and his venus/mars being trine to mine help a lot.
What are your placements? This would help more. I know I don't get along with overly Scorp males...I have Cancer venus/mars so Scorpio venus/mars or even both are pretty okay with me. But a Scorp with a combo of Scorp moon, mercury, or both? Ouch.

Woah!! That's my bfs birthday! Crazy. I know my bf has an air rising and Capricorn venus, Scorpio mars, but the majority of his placements are fire (Leo moon, Sag mercury etc)
What year was he born? And what are your placements? Both my bf and I are Aquarius rising with Pisces in our 2nd house and Scorpio mid heavens.

Ditto on the being a sucker for sob stories, but I (we) really need to get over that. And especially watch out for the Scorp using that to hold on to you.
My first BF was a Scorp Sun...fine relationship except for jealousy issues and him breaking up with me (and coming back begging) 7ish times over a little more than a year (but that might be b/c he was raised by a divorcee, no offense meant to anyone). When I finally dumped him, he was so mad he messed up his hand punching a wall. Funny, that.
Another Scorpio was wayyyyyyyyyy too clingy. Tried to use that Scorp manipulation to invite themself over, etc. BIG TIME "Victim" energy vampire. "Woe is me, my diet is giving me all sorts of problems but I can't change it eventhough I'm a perfectly able 33-year old." "Woe is me, I'm so tired I'm suffering adrenal fatigue and not sleeping enough but I can't help it because I want to party with this person and go eat with that person and go on this trip and attend this event." Every time I asked her how she was (my fault for asking) she'd say she was tired.
Imbalanced Scorpios are freakin intense and manipulative.
All that said, my dad is a Scorp and he's mentally healthy and awesome but he does exhibit a few of what I would consider Scorpio traits e.g. clingy (visits the same friend at least every other day), sometimes (gentle) manipulation comes out, sometimes very suddenly excited abt something.
Also had a coupla Scorp friends who are not as imbalanced as the first 2 and they were nice people. Then again, one of them would get into make-out contests between her ex in public. Otherwise she wasn't as pathetic, lol.

Forgot to mention: I need to stop feeling sorry for people because I'm starting to realize that 98% of the time, the only difference between the person whose life "sucks" and the person whose life is "great" is that the person with the sucky life complains more and is needier.
(But I do feel badly for those who are REALLY unfortunate)

Yeah it's a constant battle with him. He is scared to grow dependent on me being there for him. Silly boy, if he realized what he had in front of him ... He would realize that I am not going anywhere unless he really makes me.
He even told me that he is scared to grow dependent on me. He also does not understand why I would not want anything in return. He keeps questioning.

He sounds needy and like he's trying to fish for reassurance, but I don't know him, so take it as you will. Just be on your toes and don't get used and manipulated.

Pfff your aqua ex scenerio can be ANY pairing sign and have the same situation.
There were deeper issues with that couple just like any couple.
And anyone worth their salt would know that instead of feeling the itchings of "fear." Ohhhhhh ahhhh.
