Aquarius and innuendos

I met an Aquarius awhile ago and we had an instant attracton. It was a weird attraction like we could read each other feelings or something. We kind of broke off because I confessed my feelings and he backed off. But now we talk in spurts. It might be 2 months that we dont talk and then we might talk for 2 straight weeks. But he indirectly asks me questions of whether I still like him now. I still do like him. So my question is why doesnt he just come out and say what he wants? Why all of these indirect messages and questions?

Second, he probably is analyzing.
He is going to ask you all sorts of questions until he hears what he wants. He wants to learn everything there is to know about you, but he really doesn't care. He is thirsty for some knowledge-that or he's playing you. Just go along with it. He might be seeking security in the relationship. If he ends up to be a tight a $ $ , drop him and move on. Tell him that you don't "like to chase." Be straight with him. Tell him what you want, how you want it, and how he should give it to you. Stand up for yourself. =)
