Aquarius sun, Taurus moon ex

Hi, I realize there are hardly any threads regarding Aquarius with Taurus moon woman. How are they like in relationships in general? Will they come back?

Another thing, my ex of 2 years broke up with me after I came back from a holiday and I admit being clingy because I missed her so much during the time apart. This was during her stressful period of having national exams (not sure if this stress contributed or not though she claimed it didn't). She ended saying she lost feelings for me and left which was so sudden. I'm not sure if I'm considered her first real love, but this is both our first serious relationship and I know she really loved me a lot during our time tgt. We ended on a good note and she even said she was impressed by the way I handled it. I thought that Aquarius are okay with being friends? She said her love change to a friendship and offered that but ever since then I've not heard a single word from her? It's been 6 weeks of no contact. She did not seem like she has affected at all but I don't know if she is hiding it well. Will she come back if I go no contact longer? (I'm not doing for games) I really just wish I can have another chance to try all over again, even if it means months from now or years later, after we date other in between. I just want to know if she will be open to revisiting or is the door shut forever?
And also, how compatible are we?

I told him I just want to be alone, I feel good on my own, etc. He said, "Yes, I know it can never be with us but I will always be in love with you and be waiting for you." Ugh... It's almost like he says that but acts like he doesn't accept the fact that our relationship is over. I found him to be possessive in our relationship. He was affectionate but had a hard time understanding my feelings. I often felt like he just wasn't listening to what I said about how I felt. His love smothered me, it was like obsession, and it continues... I don't know how to get him to stop speaking to me... I try to keep our texts short and cordial... I have an Aqua moon, Taurus sun.
