well i already have him, so he's already got all the qualities i want in a man.

Humour, intelligence (or knowledge at least) and he must be a little unhinged...i like the idea of a man being on the verge of insanity (nothing creepy, just to doubt his sanity, lol). If they arent born that way then no worries, i have a knack for creating what i want. Heehee.

hi there i thought i would advertise myself on here since there is going to be a influx of aquarius women on this thread. my name is housecleaning i prefer nude walks on the beach, women of various sizes you know those bbws plus some of those diaper wearing astronaut ladies. my ideal first date would be at a peep show to demonstrate what i would want from a developing relationship. The second date would be the kitchen to show her the various equipment at her disposal because it will prove to her her needs come first. then to heighten the mood of the date i would take her to the hamper followed by an introduction to the new washer and dryer. i will then serenade her with the sounds of the wash cycle. After that a women should gracefully fall for me. if a women hasn't fallen for me yet after the second date, which rarely happens, on the third date i will unsheathe the sybian and a webcam. no further dating will be required after. oh yes some other qualities i look for in a woman is squarius, needy, clingy, nagging, egotistical, crazy, shallow, self conscious, worrier, self destructive, destructive, inferiority or superiority complex(either one will do), and blonde of course, but no real emphasis on hair colour. i await your replies, ladies. =D

First and foremost: I must be attracted to one's brain. If I feel that they are not on my level or exceed my level of intelligence, I couldn't possibly be involved with them.
-excellent sense of humor (this goes hand in hand with intelligence)
-must have an open mind to exploring sexually.
-knowing who you are and being comfortable with it, I.e. having your own unique sense of style , being proud that you are a dork and spend more time playing WOW than you do at your full-time job, etc.
-must be sociable and polite with all of my friends and family at social gatherings.
-must have passions and goals in life-I don't care if you're a city bus driver, as long as you love what you do and do it to the best of your abilities.
-must not whine about circumstances in your life, I am extremely empathetic, but only for those who acknowledge that they are the only ones who can change their circumstances, no one else is to blame.
-must be open-minded and understanding of me, and of others who are different than you...tolerance!!
-if you don't know what you're talking about, do NOT feign understanding. Be honest! Ignorance is much more endearing that way.
-must be willing to go on random adventures with me, I.e. if I wake up at 2 am an decide I want to drive to the beach for the day (5-6 hours away) you need to be down! I crave novelty!

I typically am attracted to the quiet, nerdy, awkward dude. Usually because they can relate to me on my love of pathophysiology and Game of Thrones 🙂 I like all different kinds of men, but these are the type I normally go for-I think I like the fact that I can bring them out of their shell and they won't say 2 words all day to anyone else, yet I'll have them up all night talking about any and everything. I also tend to gravitate towards musicians, because I am a classically trained pianist and come from a family of musicians; I think most aquas are attracted to someone who has some form of artistic ability, though.

People can't control their level of intelligence which is to some extent determined by genes and upbringing. However people can "control" the openness of their mind , curiosity and general love of learning and adventure in life.

what if there is a high IQ guy who deceives you(likely ) and abuses you for his own gain? There could be a guy who may not be as intelligent( quick on the uptake) but could be a great partner who also has the "thirst" for knowledge and a great EQ?

You are most certainly correct. Intelligence can be both a natural ability and/or acquired; however, through past relationship experience, I've come to learn what I personally need from my significant other. Meaning: someone who is learned in a variety of subjects who can hold an intelligent conversation dealing with all of them at any given time. In order to feel fulfilled in my relationship, I must first and foremost be stimulated mentally, and it needs to happen on a regular basis. Therefore, someone who is already naturally intelligent, has a natural thirst for knowledge, is open to expanding their horizons, and who has the ability to keep up with my ever-evolving intelligence, will win my heart. I consider myself a student in life, and I take care to be on top of intellectually stimulating topics. I expect the same from my significant other; anything less will (and has, for me personally) ultimately cause the downfall of the relationship.

To add to what she said, i know i can sometimes pretend that a guy has a 3 digit IQ when he doesnt (especially if he is cute and i want to sit and stare at him, lol), but the act lasts for only a sec...a girl can play dumb and dumber for so long. Good head (not THAT "head", u dirty people!) over a great body and face any time.

^^ well the top three marriage statistics (real) are Leo/Sag/Pisces men for Aqua women. But it all depends on synastry.
My husband has those three energies anyway so it's perfect for me. *feels all cuddly wuddly**

Lol. It's allright. As long as us "fixed" signs (I have fixed signs in my chart besides Aqua) don't try to "control" other people's choices to LOVE or live their life, all well be well.
It's one thing to tell other people who they should love, when if the tables were turned they wouldn't like it if it was forced upon them to love someone they have NO feelings for whatsoever. *sigh*
There would be MAD COW red flags going on, cause respecting eachother's for our choices is important. Not even my parents told me WHO I should love. And they're super happy with my choice.

Lisa, dont really care what other aquas go for, but i find something really strange about pisces and their vibe doesnt gel too well with mine. The ones i met, 3 (1 an ex, 1 the church guy and 1 i met briefly during the holidays) didnt/dont take "no" for an answer and thats a no-no to me. Mind you, im not saying ALL are like that, just the creepy ones i've met so far. The 3rd guy actually gave a love note meant for me to my 3 year old son to give to me, if thats not retarded then i dont know what is. I told him that i only see him as a friend and if he cant get that then he needs to bugger off. Next thing he puts yet another note under my door saying " i choose to bugger off"...ok, elated. Come new year's eve and he shows up at my door with a six pack of smirnoff storm with yet another note saying God know what, he refused to take away the alcohol, so i opened the window and threw it out. Next thing he is going spycho causing a scene outside my door asking for his booze...really? I told him to go lick it from the pavement! I could go on and on...they just arent for me personally.

This sounds so arrogant and horrible. I picture you going to a Mensa convention and wearing one of those T- shirts that says "98% are idiots" and doing equally snobby things with other elitist types of people.

Sir, I mean no offense whatsoever. I am simply just trying to respond as honestly and specifically as possible, pertaining to my personal preferences. I often refer to myself as a "pretentious boob". This is just how I am, and how a lot of aquas I know are. These comments are merely informative. On the positive side of this, you now know that aquas disgust you, and you should probably avoid us. And hey, at least you never have to deal with me personally!
