Aquas Fashion Sense

hello aquas,

today i was at a conference for women in engineering. it was cool to swap stories and what not. as we began to relax someone brought up astrology. we all brought up our opinions on it. we agreed that it had some truth to our personalities. there were 8 women at the table:
1 Sagittarius
2 Scorpios
1 Virgo
2 Aries
2 Aquarius ( including me)

now, we began to discuss how we can recognize a sign from a mile away. so this sagittarius tells me and the other aqua that she was surprised that we looked so good. she thought we were going to say another sign like libra or gemini. she said usually aquas have on mismatched clothes, their hair is not done, and we wear the weirdest clothes.

i told her yes we are describe as wearing bohemian attire and clothes that are not of the latest fashions, or style s of anyone's fashion. but they never say we look homeless like you described. all the aquarius i know dress very nice and professional.

the other aqua, both aries, and 1 scorpio agreed with me. i was like well maybe they were not aquas. or maybe you saw them on a bad day, because i wont comb my hair to go down to get the mail. and i will wear my star wars tshirt and torn jeans to go get bread from the grocery store..so maybe they were just having a bad day.

she would not let up. she went on to say, how we have no fashion sense and that we are the only sign that can be identified that way. including the big bulging eyes and big lips. she just kept saying how shocked she was and that she has to text her other friends to tell them about it.

the other aqua told her she knew she was a sag because she never shuts up, she is judgmentmental and her ass is huge like the centaur..guess the aqua has a short fuse..she has a moon in sagittarius. (we exchanged contact info of course 🙂)

ok so have you guys seen this. I have NEVER seen an aqua look that bad.

i found this description of our style :

I have no fashion sense at all and i dont care to have one either. When im not working, my hair is always in a huge rastafari hat or a bandana. I dont wear makeup or comb my hair if i have nowhere to go. 90% of my clothes are black and i have 2 capes (black1 and a red one) which i wear with almost anything. Most of my shoes are 'jesus sandals'. Basically, i like the hobo look. Preppy is just not me style .

yes but you dont look homeless. she talks like we look like we should be digging out the garbage. because if im not at work i wear jeans, tshirt and my gym shoes. hair up in a pony tail no makeup and my glasses. but i dont look homeless. i wear that to work too, tbh. if i dont have meetings and im wearing my lab coat all day. i have a change of clothes at work. which is what i wore to this convention.lol

Sounds like a really cool and relaxed style , I like it, esp the rastafari hat!

I don't follow latest fashions, I just do me. Typical wear will be leggings with legwarmers and my fluffy boots or workman boots, a long (usually black) fitted top or t-shirt and an oversized cardigan and a patterned scarf. When I'm home i'll roam in loose pj's or an old t-shirt.

I have a few quirky things I wear on occasions like my bindi or large earrings, or a funky ring but it don't happen often. I do like to be comfortable though, and I don't do heels.

Ok chem, i look GQ in my 'bongo' hat, lol. But in honesty, i cant stand a put together look, i like something to be out of place. Example, when my hair is neatly style d for work, i always yank a few strands loose or scratch my skull just to create a little disorder. Dont ask me why, i dont know either.

yeh i get what u say ive seen lots of aquarians and their dress sense differ....

I like always dress differently for every occasion cos it makes me feel comfortable....

like if i go out and wear a singlet thats got a nice print or something bright on it ppl are gonna notice me and i dont want that.... its enough that im wearing a singlet and showing my arms....but if i get a shirt and cut it up into a singlet like my fav iron maiden one it looks hobo and says i just threw this on as i got out the door kinda thing plus i can sit down outside smoking my cigs and drinking with my friends comfotably without ppl arent staring thinking im pampered....its weird...

also I love buying all my clothes second hand I would not spend more than $ 10 on a shirt nowadays however i have been known to spend $ 100 on a cardigan which i gave away to a drunk guy one night cos i was stupid but oh well i was feeling detatched lol

I love clothes that have story with them or that come from a different time so u feel like ur from that time or something ...... i love 80s shit 70s even 60s clothes......but most of all i love making my own clothes theres alot of shops that dont have my size cos im too big especially in pants cos my thighs are huge i tell you so i dont rock skinny legs but i love baggy samurai style pants and they suit me....I even wear sarongs with my doc martens to the shops now and then and I got heaps of fisherman pants.....

Its funny how u say liberans wear the latest trends cos my friend he spends ridiculous money on clothes and even steals my second hand bought clothes all the time. i would call him a shameless hipster wannabe

Lmao @ sarong with doc martens. Its not too bad though, i've seen ppl wearing heels with tracksuit or takkies with a suit. Hahaha

Dresses! I never owned 1, only a school tunic- too drafty in the leg area for me. Brrr

im obsessed with my hair too. i always thought it was the pisces moon. pisces love their hair done. well all the pisces i know do.

Like you were all saying, I love my hair. Haha. Naturally it has this volume but straight all at the same time.
All I do for it is shampoo it (every now and then conditioner. I wake up in the morning and BAM. My her be done. Maybe hair spray to keep random strands from sticking up on the top of my head haha

I really don't wear much makeup either, and if I do it's very settled and natural colors. No crazy bright colors, cept when I let my gf use me like a barbie haha

Clothing, I like to be comfy. Usually I wear some converse with some nice fitting jeans and a nice fittin t-shirt or hoodie. Or a flannel top or so on. Blaah. I'm not big on trying to be the next fashion starter. I just like to be comfy and do what I have to do throuhout the day with clothing that won't tear when I bend over or get caught on something when I walk by. I'll have cute outfits, get proffesional when I need too but otherwise my clothing is rather laid back like me

You and AquaJ both have Pisces moons, right? My BF does too- and he loves fashion/ style ! He has a great wardrobe and is really into clothes (as am I- haha)! We have 3 full closets in our house and all 3 are PACKED with our clothes. He uses the Coach wallet I bought for him every day 🙂

yes, me and Aquaj have the same moon.
my bf is really into perfumes. he bought me some burberry body...OMG i thought i was going to faint it smelled so good. i do like clothes and have quite the accumulation. but most of them have been bought on clearance,ebay, outlet stores, suburban thrift stores (they have the good stuff), and i have to have my coupons. i will admit i do love clothes. my jean collection is insane. so yes i would have to agree. my closet is packed, i installed a double rail so all my clothes can fit in there. 🙂

I'm petite and I hate clothes that are more skin show and less fabric. I dress classy/elegant but definitely with the times. I don't do skin show. The way one dresses speaks volumes about them and what type of guy/gal they are attracting.

I do wear high heels and tight, nicely fit clothes because i like the snug feel. I wear high heels because I think they are so pretty. I'm definitely a Leo ascendant. I look regal in my appearance and ppl have told me this too.

I'm the opposite of a klepto, I throw out anything I haven't worn in a year. I hate keeping "stuff." As a matter of fact, I'm not a big fan of "stuff" in general, I tell people to get me dinner or a movie gift card or something for my birthday or Christmas - buy me an experience.

Corduroys are just weird to me. I live nearby a senior cetizens's home and almost all the old guys there wear them. I figure its bcoz they come off easily( the elastic waist kind) when going to the potty, lol. Im sorry, im just not a fan- maybe when i start shitting myself.

Me personally, i dont hate libras. Remember that song by Rihanna and Neyo- 'i hate how much i love u', thats the case with me. I HATE it, i just wanna chew at myself like a dog with fleas. Grrr, woof

All the aquas I know look painfully normal in style . They do wear what's in and take care of themselves. I'm the weirdo dresser in my circle of friends (aqua ascendant). People think i'm a trend setter when i'm just doing my own thing like always :/

they look warm, i'm cold natured. so nothing seems to keep me warm, this coat looks like it will do the trick.

LOL @ cold hearted. yes its still winter it was 12 degrees last night and we got 12 inches of snow and its still coming down. 😢

-16 OMG i couldnt do it. i live in the US in Chicago IL. we live right by the lake michigan, so we always get an ice cold breeze.
