Did you guys talk it over? Seems you are still pretty upset/ hurt. If you bottle up its not OK for your relationship. And yes, I was very upset because on my birthday he was supposed to go to his drink buddy's birthday (that was in the next day actually) and we had made plans already for that day. And I was like - are you kidding me?? It's MY birthday! Are you really going to cancel on me? In the end we went together to his friend and had a joined party.
I cannot say he is ill intentioned. He took a day off especially for me. But in his own Aquarius way, he is very much able to screw it up in the last moment.
