Creeped out by Aqua need help

The weardest thing is happening to me, let me get started by saying that I saw a weird looking man move in near a flat I'm renting just off Harrison street in Seattle roughly a month ago, always wearing his baseball cap low and looking around as if someone is watching or he has something to hide, my insight is always correct about people especially if I suspect they are culpable or doing something wrong - it runs in the family and by watching different personalities operate - a week later after I began keeping an eye on him he made eye contact with me and noticed that I noticed him, but I quickly turned my head away to avoid further attention.

Ever since the day he noticed me I found him always spotting my presence and locking eyes with me, that freaked me out and I was sure something was up so I did the daring; I found the oppurtunity to break into his flat to see what was up with the guy, I look through his papers and I notice he's an Aquarian born on the 27th of January 1967 - Jupiter in Cancer - Mars in Libra - which intuitively tells me he is sympathetic, charitable and comforting with a lot of reflection; but through a little more snooping I almost fell to the ground in shock when I also notice that this man, for the sake of anonymity and my own safety I will not disclose the name, has information about my 67 year old mother, who just happens to live a few blocks down, on his laptop and even browsed through her facebook page.

I felt almost numb and helpless for a moment, I took care not to panic and just buy a few more minutes to install a covert spy application on his computer, I had to know what he was doing. The even more shocking thing was that later, as I checked for his browsing activity I found that there was no feedback from the application it had been cut off, almost as though he knew and formatted his laptop or selectively removed the application which I installed. Now I see him walk up and down my street with his eyes fixed on my apartment and goodness forbid, that of my mothers but since I can't make out if he is at this moment I won't try because the situation could get a lot worse and unpredictable. Should I call the police what can I say?
Call the National Guard instead.
Nice opening, when is the book coming out?
He's 51, your grandma is 67. Maybe he likes his women immobile and smelling of pills a bit?Laughing

Also, ayyy LMAO at you breaking in.

#edit: Oh also, if you call the police you'll be charged with burglary or w/e it's called in the US.
Stalking at its finest

When you fear your being stalked step one is to go to the internet and post the state and street you live on. Intelligent!

Plot twist: he is dating your mother, hence the fb browse.

Tell your mother to make her fb private.

Don’t break and enter anymore. Criminal behavior right there.

Smoke some weed and chill tf out.

can't help but admire "intelligence" of people coming up here with al the crazy stories lol

But hey also the important part: "for the sake of anonymity and my own safety I will not disclose the name..."

So "smart"!

IKR.

I just googled Harrison st, Seattle and it only spans 15 or so blocks. Kinda suspect that you would fear about your safety from one stranger and yet expose your location to countless others.
You should tell the police that you found your father. He's not missing after all! Aquarius always come back! See!!
