Everyone keeps saying Amber is old, Amber is old but the truth of the matter is, Brett is not 21 years of age hiself. We are talking about a man in his early 40s. In terms of image & reality tv, Daisy is the perfect match for him (She's hot, she's young minded, she's the perfect woman for Bret to have on his arm in terms of the older guy/younger girl rockstar image. But in terms of REAL LOVE (rather this was a tv show or not) Amber is clearly the best choice for him when it comes down to the 2. Amber is older & being older in this case was a disadvantage to her chances of winning, in my opinion.
But sometimes I don't even know people discuss this kind of thing...Afterall...It IS reality TV. They are all there for Tv. How is it possible to stand in lines for hours at a time to audition for love with someone you've never met? The only thing they can possibly think about in those lines are exposure, fame, tv time, & if love ACTUALLY is on their minds it's probably the LAST thing they think about. People get so wrapped up in this reality tv stuff. It's just TV people!

I know. At first I thought Amber was the one in the house that was always trying to get into everyone's head. It seemed as if she was all about "making friends" rather than "making bret" & I'd always get mad & wanna yell, "Honey, it's a competition! Of course they're going to be your friend one minute & then put you down the next" but I think as she started getting closer to bret & the more she realized he might be into her more than she thought, I think she started to slow it all down & show her personality a little bit more versus always trying to read into other people (typical Aqua). Most people either completely LOVE this about Aquas or completely HATE it. Daisy never seemed to be the intellectual type, she's run completely by her own emotions. And I think Amber got along with most of the girls in the house because of her calmness & ability to relate on an intellectual level with the other girls until she met her opposite (someone who didn't want to hear all that intellectual mambo-jumbo): Daisy
