Whether it be not believing in love, not wanting to love, stubbornness to depend, issues to trust, not wanting to trust, fear of intimacy and exposure.
Loving is easy, making the effort is hard.
My Aquarian friend makes it look so easy to get girlfriends, but I have other Aquarian friends who struggle in this regard. Either way, Aquarians are definitely sociable people and easy, for me at least, to get along with. My one Aquarian friend who is in a relationship and surrounding with people, though, honestly dreams of escaping alone to the west coast.

I feel that way. I get guys who half ass or halfway come at me. Like dudes will tell me years later they were always into me. Most the time I have to do the picking of lovers and I don't always make the best choice. Also, sometimes I get bored easily. I'm 32(tomorrow ) and I've had 3 boyfriends with some men friends here and there.
All my friends are even was for me cause they are like "you deserve" the best etc. Not to toot my horn but I'm pretty banging in all aspects. Personality, humor, intellect, independent, called gorgeous on a regular by random people, but only obease dudes have enough courage to ask me out Lol. Wtf!

Either way, yeah I kinda do. It's been 3+ years since I've had anything remotely serious. I've been "friend zoned" by peeps I actually liked and had to "friend zone" the ones I don't. I am not saying I have a hard time finding someone who is interested in me.. But there are few and far between.
Aqualady- I agree. What is up with the half assed thing? Either that or it's someone I'm just not that into. I don't think I'm overly picky. I'm not asking for someone who has a lot of money, incredibly good looking, etc. I'm just looking for someone who has their shit together with reasonable intelligence, and that I find attractive in my own way.

For years I've been told "I can't believe you are single" while I was not in a relationship. This frustrated me because dating someone would last no longer than 2 weeks. I just came to the conclusion that I'm not meant to be in a relationship- it just doesn't work for me. I started dating my current BF a few months ago- and what I'm realizing now is that I can be in a loving relationship, and navigate the shit of 2 strong personalities- or I could just quit and go back to alone. alone is more familiar and less scary- but for now I'm taking the risk of loving my man and being vulnerable.
It depends on Venus-Mars placements. If you have Venus in Libra, Mars in Cancer, a relationship should be a breeze. But still I feel ya!

well it seems like you want someone that doesn't want you back and vice versa.
like you want what you can't have dilemma (unrequited) and the ones that want you, you turn them away.
well, it's not as if you LACK companionship at all...
you have actual peeps who do want you.
you're just picky.
Sometimes I feel destined to have relationships with people who just don't ACCEPT me long term. Dating a Scorpio though and some folks say Aquas are to Scorpios like catnip is to cats. We'll see if he survives, I warned him that we could spend years together and he would still be peeling back the layers, so if he's into that amount of emotional masochism then it's game on.
