i heard it from somewhere, food as a gift or hand made stuff from your love one actually mean something....i cant remember what does it mean, or its just a myth?
and she was born on Dec 23 (if it has anything to do with her sign) and she love cooking

In my culture too, we cook as a thank you. When you return the bowl u have to return it with food from yourself in there...never empty...unless they pick it up themselves.
Sometimes you never get your bowl back...

My dad is also very patriotic. Yes, they'll be back soon, but they'll go to highschool. It was hard for them at first, because they didnt speak the language at all, and kids can be cruel. My lil sis never liked it as much as my bro, but they grew to like it...ther ready to come back now tho. School transition was fine for them, bcuz they go to a private british school for international students, so everyone in the school is kinda out of place in the country, besides the local rich kids.
I know how to cook, but I do not enjoy cooking...even for myself. I always read a book so, my sister could be stuck cooking, but they caught on...

Now they are fluent, they speak it better than me and my older sis. They went from learning spanish to french, so they speak alot of other stuff too. My bro liked it bcuz of all the freedom he got...he's never home. My sis is still not in love with the place, but she deals. Its bcuz there young...I wouldve had a hard time just bcuz I am used to my life here...my mom tried to get me to go, but I couldn't do it.
