Friend-zoned? Grr Aquarius men are so confusing ?!

So I don't hear from him for the rest of the week but then this sunday after the party he asks me out for coffee so we met up and just chitchat very friendly and fun. I agree to helping reduce his t-shirt collection on the 14th. When he walks me to my car and gives me a hug goodbye I tell him his hugs are weak to give me a real one. At this point he grabs my ass and lifts me up so I'm straddling him in the starbucks' parking lot for a good minute before he puts me down. At this point even he recognizes how awkward that was and doesn't know why he did it. Now I'm just confused I don't know what he wants or ever wanted and I've already agreed to help him out with getting new work clothes and blah blah blah. @_@ Aquariuseseseses help please? It feels like we are speaking two different languages and are uttely incompatible.

He did take charge, didnt he?... Aqua guys are quite firery in their approach, not for the quaint hearted, he was telling you he was feeling you right about then.

😆 Yes mommie... Seriously though I probably do have too much energy. I rarely get sleepy and when i'm excited over a shoot or something i don't even eat.

Ok so at first I asked for his number and set up the first date. Simple chatting in a very hipster coffee/tea house with board games and cheesecake. Fun! The next week or so we talk on skype and txt regularly and i plan the second date which is a day at the beach. We swim all morning, grab pizza for lunch on and then lay on the sand and watch the clouds roll by. We talked well into night (11pm?) NO PHYSICAL CONTACT not even hand holding but the conversation got very deep and intimate. Third date he invites me to a group dinner with his friends had a great time.
Then the week after it's a party with a different set of his friends. Here was the first problem he told everyone there that I was his girlfriend or like exclusively seeing each other. We hadn't even kissed or held hands i was pissed but didn't humiliate him in front of his friends so i kept my mouth shut and chewed him out in the car. So after i gave him a reality check he tries to kiss me and it felt more like a punch? Hard and fast with a weird noise @_@ ugh I tell him "no like this" and lean in for a sexy and slow kiss hoping to savage something?! He was so tense and stiff it was one of the most awkward moments in my life. One of those wish you could crawl into hole and die moments.
Didn't speak or see each other for a week or two. He slowly started texting me and he said he just wanted to get to know me slowly. Fine. The following couple of days were pretty rough on me. I had a fight with my BFF (she's an aqua too come to think of it 80% of my friends are), two funerals and one hospital visit. So i like desperate for something fun or at least a hug and i opened up and told him that and he just could care less. i think he texted me a a frowny face and good night.... So at this point i'm done with him. No calls or txts nothing.
A few days later he invites me to a kid's birthday party and i just flat out refuse. Furthermore I explain to him i don't feel anything romantic but if he wants to be friends fine I don't hate him.
