go for a jog?

so an aqua is getting involved with someone (boy or girl doesn't matter... atleast i think?). Then after they run (distant themselves)? only for a little while.. but they do back and forth. my only question.. why?
Make your quesitons more plain, I didn't understand it. If you explain it, the I will try to help, yes ^_^.
Sometimes going out for a jog is just going out for a jog. Why complicate things? Yeesh, people...
