what is it with men and their refusal to heal/get better after an illness. Yesterday night i had to take my husband to an emergency room due to a toothache. On the way to the hospital he was screaming like a siren. At the waiting area, he was moaning louder than the pregnant ladies there. The tooth that they pulled out was so small, it looked like a bread crumb, what was the fuss all about? This am, he woke me up for a head massage and this/that. I finally put my foot down when he asked me to hoist him up to go to the loo. I told him they pulled his tooth not his legs, now he is sulking. A while back he had stitches on his back due to a cut and i spent the next coming months massaging an invisible scar bcoz it was 'painful'. Now this...How do u deal with such behavior from your men? Stories plz, im about to remove all his chompers with a plier if he doesnt stop.

He is milking your accommodating nature for all it's worth lol But really though, I think most men would kill to have a woman like you. You seem so motherly! I tend to coddle my boyfriend when he's sick too. I can't help it! When I see him so miserable, I just want to give him a hug! lol Us women need to be more stern for sure haha Men are such babies =P

This is why we give birth to children and the rest of the good stuff that requires pain tolerance, and not them.

Last summer by bf broke his finger while we were playing paint ball. For weeks...very long weeks it was, "hun can you hand me this, hun can you pick this up, OUCH hun were are my pain killers it hurts really bad" I dealt with it for a week because i felt bad because the paint ball incident was kind of my fault. But after a week I was like "dude stop it, get it yourself you broke a finger on your left hand, not your right one!"

It was irritating here he is a 6'4" tall grown man and whining like a baby. I couldn't take it anymore. And when he is sick its the same thing. I put up with it for a little while but after a while it gets to ridiculous even for me to handle.

I have noticed that men love to be babied when they are in pain. I dunno why it is...they want you to kiss their boo boo's and be all lovey with them. I dunno maybe it's the be my mommy thing. Which is creepy in a way. My ex did that too when he broke his collar bone and thumb. 6 years later he still has me write out things for him... like today he had me write out a contract to present to the court about our agreement with child support. I was like you can write. He said yeah but my thumbs all fuc*ed up. I said dude that was 6 years ago. He looked at me with puppy dog eyes and said well your writting is prettier and people can read it. Then looks down mine is all sloppy and barely readable. I don't want the court to think I'm dumb. Please write it out. Me being me I said fine. You need to practice your writing or have your gf do this shite. I aint going to be doing this shite forever. Big arse baby. Pfff.

When I saw the aqua I was/am/kinda sort of who the hell knows talking to he was sick and I just wanted to take care of him and hold him and just stroke his hair. I asked if he had medicine cause I was about to go and buy him some but he said he had some and gave me this sideways look. When I left I gave him this huge hug and told him to take care of himself. He kinda blushed and went silent. He's so freaking adorable...heart breaker. Damn you aquas!!! *shakes fist* Come with a disclaimer!!!

You should throw his medication at him like the commercial. lol. Nah, but seriously taking care of someone while they're sick is very noble. I respect anyone who plays nurse. I know I hate it when I have to play nurse, but all's well if the person I'm taking care of is well.

One day my sister said to me in front of my 4 year old nephew, "why don't you be a nurse instead of being a lawyer? It's more realistic and woman friendly career since it allows you to take care of your kids, just like you want." I was like, "Pffft. As if. I hate taking care of you guys when you're sick, you think I wanna take care of strangers? Gross." Then she was like, "That's a great thing to say in front of your 4 year old nephew." I looked at my nephew who was laughing and I told him, "Ignore your aunt."

Ever since I've held the hand of God, I've become non-chalant and laid back. I like this change. It's refreshing from the fiery "If you wrong me, I'll take you on and get even at any cost" aspect I had before. lol. Back then I was heading towards criminal law. But with religion seeping more and more in my life, I've gone for less corrupt and challenging aspect of law: family. 😉

I dont think lying has anything to do with signs. It is all about lack of conscience and disapproving of yyourself and doing bad things.

People lie when they are ashamed of themselves or something they did. Moreover, they have no conscience to make them realize what a liar they are and how wrong it is.

I watched dabang for the first time the other day, after hearing so much about it. LOL. The main song is so catchy. Dabang, dabang, dabang.... lol. I have a dark side all right, and it's a very dark one. You have no idea what religion does for me. If I didn't have God, I would go around shooting people in their faces. Yeah, I totally agree. I tell minor lies for sureeee so even if I get caught, I can just laugh about it. I don't tell lies that are so far from the truth that when my lie gets caught I end up looking stupid. lol.

See I wish guys were independent and stood on their own feet and didnt expect women to look after them all the time. Sure there are times when you definately need to but other than that I feel I want a man! Not a crybaby. Someone who is decent who stands on his feet yet sensitve too. My dad was very independent nothing would hold him down and geez compared with other guys these guys noone really measures up at all. I dont know maybe its the sign of the times that these days guys pretend to be hurt to get some mum attention. Geez what would happen if they had to stand on there own two feet and not rely on anyone else to mollycoddle them. I am either grew up in a cold environment or the world is fucked. I had to stand on my own to feet, I did it the hard way I had noone to support me and still dont. Maybe thats why I am so hard headed and emotional and apparently non-feeling. I just reckon if anyone (man or woman) fakes being hurt to get attention is not worth my time they should get on with it and stnad on their own two feet. Women do it too so dont blame the guys here, they use guys coz usually males will come to their rescue but there is a line you dont cross, sure help when you can but never expect someone to help when your faking hurt, dont like it when ppl who do this as there are more important and worse off ppl to help then the ones who fake it.
