How do you deal with the Rebel vs the Humanitarian

Is this a combined trait or is this a battle between the two? Do you have these stereotypes? How do you balance the two or are they complementary?
If you think about it... Being the humanitarian in and of itself is sort of rebelling to what would otherwise be the status quo, as in it's not my problem blah blah, I don't need to help you... you got where you are by living your life the way you did and the choices you made.
I think in general being a humanitarian and a rebel are quite harmonious.
I do what I feel is fair and right to the best of my knowledge and ability. Doesn't mean I'm always right or that I don't make grave mistakes... I just don't like disgusting selfishness. I wish I could rid myself of it but unfortunately I am a victim to it as well.
-_-
I was thinking like the Rebel rebelling against societal standards versus the humanitarian striving to make society better.
Seems like there would be a fine line in the two being the same and the two being opposite.
I too think it comes hand in hand.
What part is humanitarian vs what part is rebellion? To rebel is to go against the social norms and to extreme cases where a lot of people deem it as unnecessary but being humanitarian is also just another form of speaking up against 'the man'. We see the flaws in the system and we want to change it and which ever way you want to dice it I think it really all just comes down to how others relate to your means and methods.
Interesting viewpoints. Lots of thoughts and ideas to ponder on.
Think of starwars and the rebels haha! Give it to the MAN
I would say my Aquarius tends to be more rebellious than humanitarian, haha. But that's why I like him so much. Tongue
I've been thinking on it and I think I get it!!
To make a more utopian society, someone has to stand up and come up with a better idea.
To make positive change, the status quo has to be questioned.
To create a better way of life, one must accept there are better/different ways of doing things.
What happens when that utopian society becomes a reality? Would the aquarius be happy? Would they still look for improvements?
How does being a fixed sign play into all this. Doesn't that seem to be contradictory. Or does the "fixed" mean fixed on improvements?
DOES THE WORLD REALY NEED THEM?
I THINK NOT.
