HOW TO CONTACT AQUA WHO HAS DISAPPEARED-IMPORTANT

Yes, my aqua is STILL retreating.. which is ok I guess.. but I needed to know how to aproach him..
you see, he has my health card, I left it at his house and I NEED to go to the doctors on tuesday
tuesday= 6 days NO contact from me)
.. so, how do I ask for my health card without disturbing him from his disappearing act?
..I have a feeling he will still ignore me and not read my msgs or answer my phone calls, but its not to talk to him, i actually NEED my health card.

Can't you order a new health card (takes about 5 to 7 days I think) possibly cancel your doctors appointment if you have to? Also you don't need the actual card, you can call your insurance company, tell them you need to order a new card, ask them for your ID card number/plan number, once you go to the doctors office give them the number and they'll still be able to pull up your information and bill appropriately. No need to contact him.

Not really, In the country I live in, we have ONE insurance plan nationwide and we NEED our card. Ive waited 3+ months to get this appointment

Hmmm Okay but make sure you need the card, if this is your primary doctor then they should already have your insurance information on file, if this isn't your primary doctor, call the office and ask them can you be seen without the card, let them know your situation that you lost your card but you have the plan ID number and typically the doctors office can call and verify benefits, you do not absolutely have to have a card unless you are not a citizen in the country you are currently living in which could make it more difficult but not impossible to verify benefits. There is always different ways to verify insurance without a card.
If he's not responding to you then he most likely won't respond to your attempts to get the card, he'll probably think you are attempting to coerce him into reacting/responding and/or attempting to see him again, you can try to get the card back but before doing that if it were me I would thoroughly check for an alternative rather than asking him for it, I really don't think you have to go through all that drama with him when I know for a fact that many hospitals and doctors can can verify insurance without a card. As long as you have insurance and they can verify it's up to date you should be okay.
