Ok, my date Mr.Scorpio asked me las Tuesday if I wanted to go to an arena football game with him Saturday. I said yes, so he says maybe we can catch a movie before the games, I said ok cool. He called me Saturday morning and we chatted for awhile on the phone and couldnt wait to spend some time together. He called me again a couple hours later and said he was going shopping for Mother's Day so we chatted alittle more.

So I start to get ready for our date when I get another phone call from him with his Friends in the background and he asking me if I mind if his friends go to the game too.

1. He never told me he had more than one ticket to the game.

2. He could have told me ahead of time that he had invited his friends.

I told him to just go with the fellow's because it was all to my surprise that his friends were going also. Would you be upset if your date did this to you at the last minute?

no! its ok, and men dont think like us rememeber! mine does that sometimes-and i just go with the flow-and think ok next time we'll have our time-but im really into group things anyway, you should have gone, it would have been a laugh hanging out with all the guys. Plus they like to see how u get on with their best friends.

Think about it, he wanted u there-and he wanted them there, he could discuss all the guy stuff with them, and enjoy your company at the same time.an ok it was last minute-sucks a bit, as u were not prepared-but as your an aqua, i would have thought u could adapt quickly anyway, and just think ok.

I'm with elly on this. From the way you recounted it, it doesn't seem like he did anything that bad, maybe just that he didn't consider that this might annoy you. I think this falls into the category of times when one person does something and they simply don't ever consider that it could annoy or upset the other person, only learning after the event how it peed off this person. I have done it and others have done it to me, irrespective of the signs involved. Blueaqua I think you should let it pass and not get too uptight about it.

Thanks Elly and MellowDee🙂, yeah I agree I think what threw me for a loop was he told me days before the games that he and i would catch movie or go to dinner before the game this gave me the impression it was just he and I spending time together. So I had a whole week to think about the great time we would have together. Then at the very last minute his freinds are going. I didnt have a problem with this it just how it was handled. I went out to dinner on Mother's day with my friends when I get a call from Mr. Scorpio telling me that something was waiting for me when i get home. I drove in my driveway and on my steps was a gift box. Initially Im thinking it's a bomb in a pretty box. It was from him. He said he wanted to give me my Mother's Day gift after the game if i had went with him. Awwwwww I felt so bad. I will definitely make it up to him😉🙂 Next week he wants me to go tailgating with him and the fellows, I'm hoping Im not the only female there🙂

HAHA I dated a Gem exclusively for about seven months once but he traveled alot for the military. He wanted me to travel with him but my job didnt allow for that. Whenever he was in town he made dinner plans etc, ironically we never arrived on time because Gem found everthing else to tend to beforehand. HAHAHA I remember he planned a nice romantic quiet evening (which didnt happen often) because we were out on the town alot,he tells me to meet him at his place at a certain time, Of course Gem wasnt there at the specified time. He say please wait that he's on his way. Two hours later Gem calls me back and he's helping a friend with his car. As Im sitting outside of his place waiting for him to arrive I could see the candles burning from his windows. Gem was doing a million other things and left candles burning in his home. After 3 hours of waiting for him that night I couldnt take it anymore I ended the relationship,we never could settle with each other. He was a younger Gem though.

Ewwwhh. I couldn't stand a man like that. It would make me verrry angry. I'd tell him to go and f*** himself by the third time he pulled this kind of stunt. That's totally different from your Scorpio guy misunderstanding and asking along his mates too. He's just aletring the plans, not standing you up totally!

HAHA Mellowdee, it took one time for Gem to stand me up and I was out of the relationship, of course there were other issues as to why I decided to end it. He sends me emails from time to time to say hello. Yeah, Mr.Scorpio has never stood me up, I love spontaneity but too much altering plans and my patience are out the window🙂
