situation with an aqua male

hi aquas. need your advice. i have an aqua coworker whom i like and i need tips on how to attract him. there's this girl who always hover around him now 
and i just wanna her to go away already..
he and i were very close before. he was like my best friend at work. like we're together most of the time and would go out too, like buddies.
but something happened and i kept away for a while. but now we're okay as friends again, this other girl is making her moves! he seems to accommodate
her and probably is starting to like her too im wondering is there still a chance to salvage what we had before. how?

i was wondering if getting another guy into the picture will make him be on his toes about me. and even the situation out. and probably test i he is still interested. will this work for aqua?
Don't do that. He will see it for the game it is and then you will have lost all credibility.
