LOL, you sure are trying to find a lot of info on us.
I love & enjoy being single. It is something I do after each relationship ends, the "brakes" vary from a year to a couple of years. I've been single for 13 months now & don't see myself getting into another relationship any time soon.
I have a lot of things to still sort out (emotionally) & a lot of goals to still achieve before I could dedicate all of my time to another person. I want to be ready for it, relationship, I'm not there yet hence why I'm single at this present moment.

I have enjoyed being single for the last 4 years though I have been for 5 now slowly trying to get back on the market I'm a little bit self conscious ??_. I've waited so long and have done nothing to make me more financially attractive, the only thing I've got going for me are my looks??_.I should probably get a nice car or something.
I don't do mush but I am partial to cheese??_.. give me grand gestures any day and I won't turn into mush, I get hard as a rock.

I don't shy away from lovey-dovey stuff, I'm actually quite a romantic at heart when with the right partner. I'm no stranger to writing love messages to the person I'm with because I express myself better that way, in written word. I'm shy though in person & not quite as expressive. But I still let them know how I feel through words, preferrably when we are not in the same room lol. I even have a habit of telling them to not give a reply to my most heartfelt messages because I get embarrassed. I'm very naive when it comes to love & I tend to be very school-girlish, but in a very controlled way smile

I'm loving being single. Was married for 8 years. Love my independence not accountable to anyone. I'm not missing being with someone yet or lonely but I've only been single 3 years. When married I felt caged in I know it was probably due to marrying the wrong person. But I now longer want that feeling is be fine with long term relationship living separate houses in same neighborhood lol


Well you made the right choice if you felt that way. I wouldnt want to feel like im trapped and stuck in a relationship. I enjoy my single tag but i think because I've always been single, its kinda getting to me now. I want to be cared about and loved. I guess its now I feel lonely.

Yes that's it, it's like I feel contaminated soon after a relationship & need a bit of time to detox. Must be the scorpio bits in me. I cant hop from one relationship to another, I need a recess.
I forgot your story, what happened between you & your aqua friend? You like him a lot, I can tell. I hope he sees it & doesn't take love like that for granted.

Can't say I honestly think about being single or wanting to be in a relationship. I'd probably make a good hermit if granted!
There's the odd times where I wish to be with someone but I think it's more the thought of it and nostalgia of having someone. Happily truck along by myself smile More into the philosophy that one person will eventually come into my life and I'm pretty sure I found her.
(tbh could be psychological I really dislike being attached if I don't have to because it's natural for me to do)

Maybe the go for an aqua is to go on many dates!??_.I could do that!??_.but I'm too shy!??_~le sigh~ ??_.I'm going to make an attempt and aim for 4 dates a week!??_??_the thing I have trouble doing is letting people down easy??_.because I don't know if they like me heaps then I do it and they're like "yeh I wasn't that into you" or they like you heaps and I'd rather ignore the fact that they do and just be friendly towards them??_.instead of directly telling them to beat it??_..

Totally agree with this! I have no problem being single. If anything, relationships are hard for me because I attract clingers.lol. That's even more tough to be with. Moreover, I'm super picky about who I date. If I can't find what Imlooking for, I stay single. It takes a lot for a person to appeal to me. At the moment, a certain man has finally caught my eye, but I'm assessing him right now as to whether I want him. Liking someone for me means nothing, but wanting them is where Iget serious.

I love being single. As I have gotten older I have become more selective in who I date and not ashamed to say I am extremely picky and know what I want in my partner and hope that I can bring the same for him.

You, my friend, sound like a true textbook aqua. I think when an aqua has a water moon (cancer or Pisces), they are nothing like an aqua. Moon can make that big a difference in a pwrson. I exclude Scorpio from that because Scorpio isn't much of a water sign to me. I find them more fiery than water just like I find libra more watery than air. Lol. Venus is aqua people are selective in love. They don't just accept anyone contrary to what astrology says about aquas loving all. Lol

Really? I don't "feel" text book Aqua, sure I have some qualities and relate to stuff I have read, but not some of the stronger Aqua traits, I'm barely Aqua like 2 degrees, so maybe that's what it is. Perhaps I have a distorted perception of myself thou Winking The main reason I never truly felt Aqua is every site/book says how unemotional/detached we are as a sign and that is so far from the truth for myself.
I am beyond sentimental, become completely attached to people in my life and am crushed if friendships end, it's a huge loss for me because I invest so much energy into my friendships. I know this is an Aqua trait about the friends. There has been times in my life I wish I was detached!
My moon is Saggie- fire, fire, fire (in beeves/butthead voices) & I agree that scorp seems more fire than water element.

I know I??m like that too.. I have moments where I want to keep to myself and distant my self from family and friends, just have a deep think just me time.
Its sweet you remembered.. I guess that??s the only topic I end up talking about because I actually don??t have anyone I can discuss my feelings about him. I sent him a message on NY directing to him. I got a Happy New Year message from him after, which I can tell he sent the same to everyone. Had some random few word answer convos and from that I don??t see much effort from him. He may be busy with what he??s doing because this year is his last year for studies. I feel like iv drifted away which is kinda hurtful but all I can do is move on.. I??ve made effort from my ends even trying to be a good friend but I guess I??m not getting that in return.

lol thank you. You??re very kind. I just haven??t found anyone that I've had a good connection with or attracted to. Its been disappointment one after the other.
