What difference are there between Jan & Feb aqua

I am in love with a feb aqua but he has serious commit issues.. i just started dating a Jan aqua and at this point he seems less phobic and even... dare I say... interested in a relationship... I know astrology isnt the whole story here.. but what are some differences -

between jan. and febuary aqua personalities..

I figure any insight cant hurt.. one is feb.18th and one jan 30th..

well.. the jan aqua though my heart is not involved yet is talking about relationships. Said his last friend he only saw once a week or once every two weeks.. and thats not having a relationship to him...
he likes to text a lot and asks ahead to go out...

the feb. aqua has been a commit phob since the start.. more to the actual description of needing space .. and always flys without plans being made to far ahead. I mean 2 days at most and usually more like hey what are you doing right now.. lol he has my heart unfortunately..
and I am only dating around to help myself be realistic that he may never truly commit.

as a libra... I like space also. I am wondering .. if aquas run.. and hes a commit phob to boot..how do I talk to him and suggest we need to take this up a notch. Every time he has emailed me and spazed out he refers to our relationship... and frankly thats how I know we are in one! lol --
also the jan agua.. is it possible he will start to need space and turn more aqua and maybe just feels safe right now and brave because we arent physically involved....

and after all these years..and never having dated an aqua... I have two!!!!!!!!!!!! help!

this is probably true! i think it is too soon to tell with him, but in time he will probably show you his commitment phobe side, just like your other aqua.
my aqua is a january aqua (jan 21), so actually he is a cap/aqua cusp and he does have a few cap qualities, but he is very much an aqua!!!

i think feb 18 is not even an aquarius for that matter.
for all i know feb 17 is the last day of full aquarius.a day of cusp you can say.
feb 18th will be pisces i think,than an aquarius.

yes I thought that too.. but I went to barnes and noble and in the astrology section not only did all the books include feb 18th as an aqua.. but this women who said shes a witch(so not kidding) said that they shifted the dates and the 18th is aqua... and frankly Im not up on pisces but he sure fits the aqua traits..to a T>!! I do know you cant just judge a man by a sign.. I know they are all different.. but truthfully it cant hurt because I only became single 2 years ago and Im looking for any help I can get..
