It's midnight for me... And not when work is the next day! Heh

My bouts of insomnia is typically cause my mind won't stop... It's okay after a day or two I will pass out early and catch up on sleep!

Often for aqua's it is there nervous energy... As said above the mind will not stop. This is normally because they have ignored there natural instincts or it is getting to be a full moon... DING DING DING... we have a winner tomorrow will be a full moon.

But the late night crowded mind is the best one, at least to me. Bunches of weird and crazy creative stuff created around those time. But, well the next day morning work stuff is a bummer indeed
