Will the real Aquarian please stand up

Hello there, I have just been reading over bellebelle70's account of her exasperating relationship with her aqua boyfriend. I have to say that I have been interested in astrology now for about a year in a very amateur capacity and I have browsed many sites reading what the typical aquarian traits are. Most of these seem to be quite partial and in praise of the aquarius sign lauding their strong stubborn ideals of liberty and eccentricty as charming and endearing.
Not too much mention of the rigidity also associated with this sign. After all they are a fixed air sign. And the sudden flaring up of temper that can pollute and undo all the good that they may have established before.
I think these are pertinant issues that I wish would be studied more and perhaps offer some guidelines for the aquarian on how to try and tow the line and have a basic emergency drill when he or she starts beginning to flip with over zealous self righteousness! As somebody said, anger is like a poison.
I am an aquarian woman and I am aquainted with a few aquarian men and they seem to have a good few not so attractive qualities in common in their severe temper, eccentricity, rebellion sometimes appearing to be just for the sake of it, over-the-top forceful declaration of their ideas and oppinions that the other person feels verbally battered.
So the thing I'm going over and over in my head is will I turn out the same? Will I be be a total eccentric by the time I'm 40 with my coat buttoned the wrong way up and and drinking a mug of tea walking down the street???? Or is there something that is recommended to nip that little unconventionality in the bud or at least steer it in a more productive direction! Thanx

Hey, not if I have anything to do with it or you Mellow-Dee!!!.....us 2 fellow Dubliners!!! are going to hit to the streets of our capital in the very near future and paint the town red (or whatever colour we choose to on that particular nite!!!)...and we won't be flamin' drinking mugs of tea....it will be wine, wine, wine:-) or even champagne:-) And hey girl...you won't be in a coat either....you will be dressed to kill and die for:-).....and kill and die they will - because who can resist us aquarian girls :-)!!when we are all flash and flutter !!! Only a blind dam fool.....and that's what your Mr. Virgo is - keep mellowing:-) Talk soon.
Yes, but on a serious note....how to contain that overwhelming anger and rebelliousness - it's a good question....because both of us know, that once someone sees that side of us, they will never quite see us in the same light again.....but let's not care about that - we are who we are and we should make no apologies for it!!:-)
