Get this book called The Davinci Method by Garrett Loporto. You could probably find a torrent for it if you don't want to spend any money. I was also diagnosed with ADHD when I was around 5 or 6 years old, but yet again I was a friggin kid!

Well today I started seeing a person to help with drepression...
it went alright...
I have a.d.d. lol, and my eye's a messed up altho i have 20/20 vision.
i read somewhere that aries are sometimes missed dianosed with a.d.d. i thought i had adhd
and always remember to keep things simple that helped alot when i was going threw depression
