What are his other placements? I forget. I remember he's a water moon.

Maybe Aries with earth and water placements tend to not have that tendency to be serial monogamists.

Yeah his Taurus Mars. I feel like with anything in Taurus, the person tends to take a step back and not be as impulsive as a stereotyped Aries.

I have Mercury and Jupiter in Taurus, and my Cancer Mars is in 2nd house (Taurus). Although I was very impulsive when growing up and in my early 20s (Venus and Sun Aries), I've become more hesitant and laid back when it comes to making decisions.

My ex & I were together for 20 years. He's a Aries sun/cap moon. He hadn't ever had a real girlfriend pre me.. just dated. Now he's been with someone for I think about 4,years but says he's never getting married again. Tried it & it didn't work. Lol well maybe if was a little more concerned with the other person, he'd have a better chance. He's all about work & play.

Not sure how this fits? But obviously ours was long term.

That Cap moon is difficult to live with let me tell you! lol.

I don't find that true for the aries I know. Well depends on if they really love that person or not. They fall in love easily but it's not "true" love. I think they only find that very few times and if they do they will love that person for a very long time.

My man has been in several relationships before me but only truly loved one girl before me.

I got into my past relationship very quickly. I also strung it out a little longer than maybe I should have, thinking if it would get better (my feelings for him) but my intuition kept telling me, we're not relationship material. Amongst other factors as well but I digress, I think Aries get a bad rep for getting into relationships and out of them quickly, bc people don't understand our reasoning. But part of it can definitely be our fault for sure. I know I kept my doubts to myself and I was wrong for that. I felt so bad about those feelings because he was a really good guy, I just tried to ignore it. So when I broke up with him, it was very abrupt.

I never gave him a chance to truly change or understand certain things I didn't like bc I never explained the magnitude of certain feelings. That was my first and only real relationship so far.. we only dated 8 months.

I think Aries go with what makes us feel good in the beginning (impulsive) then reality kicks in and we're like "fuck, what are these feelings? how can i feel these when this person is so good to me?... suppress, suppress, suppress..... *times goes by* fuck! these feeling are still here.. i have to end it.. suppresses some more.... okay, I know I have to do it. I can't string him along, it's not fair to him. He deserves better"

This was my experience. I was too busy battling myself and my partner had no idea. I think a lot of Aries have a lot of inner conflict that goes unsaid.

Just speaking my truth here, any other Aries go through this?

Maybe you just settled from the beginning in that relationship? Sort of just accepted what was coming your way? Whereas I batted each and every guy out the way until I got a *feeling* It worries me that maybe everything seems to catch up with them later, like take it slow from the beginning and make that clear, be upfront, but then this is Aries not wanting to rock the boat whereas eventually they tip the whole damn boat lol!

Great! What makes your relationship work? When do you run into problems and how do you deal with them?

Ever heard that saying you get what you think of whether you want it or not, I think you shouldn’t worry. Nobody likes their partner to have that attitude of whether it’s going to last or not, it’s negative energy.

I think it depends how close the Aries sign is to the Taurus sign, the closer being more steady. In general yes I think Aries move in and out quickly, we get bored, we want the next challenge. They may even be quick to destroy a relationship they actually like, like an explosion, but if this happens, it’s easy to get back with an Aries. If it’s because they are bored, then they will move on.

- Keep things exciting, go on holiday and do adventures together, the more spontaneous the better. If it’s difficult to get your Aries guy to plan, then you might have to tell him to tell you when he’s off work and you do the plan part. Then get money from him.

- Don’t dwell on the past, don’t go over past mistakes, just focus on the future, if something is wrong, then phrase it carefully, like ā€œthis is what we need, what we can make betterā€

- Obviously never tell him his dreams are stupid, be supportive.

- Make him feel he has space if he needs it, don’t trap him

- Be open and honest

- If you love each other, show him affection, compliment him when he does something typically thought of as manly, and act feminine.

I know I can. With friendships as well. Maybe I'll be boredering on weaning off of the relationship, but sometimes when I'm there, and something happens that in any way pisses me off enough, I completely drop them and it's bye bye without a word. You wouldn't even know if you weren't paying attention.

But I also have Aries in Venus, and mars in scorpio, so I don't see how he wouldn't Ben like this except for the moon difference which mine makes me less emotional.

I think Aries can be like this though if need be, but definatley I see them letting a friendship die, or fade off when it has reached it's time.

Great post thanks. This every box is pretty much ticked although I do worry that it may be an issue im not as active and non stop as him lol! I do plan things for us and get us places though. I feel he has brought alot of baggage from a bad relationship with his ex Virgo into our relationship though and he treats me as if I am doing to him which she done (totally not whatsoever) he did say though there may be remnants from that and itll take a bit of work.
