Can Aries be this emotional?

I have an Aries friend. He's 22, and hes very much the typical Aries in the sense of being aggressive, opinionated, fiery, and so on. But he cries...a lot. I mean like everytime a girl rejects him,or if someone gets mad at him or something, he calls me crying. Now im not trying to be mean or anything like "oh he cried one time and because hes a guy thats lame" or something. Im very much an emotional person, and dont see anything wrong with it. Im just curious to see what part of his chart this may be from so I understand. He has a pisces in venus so I'm thinking that may be it? Once hes over the crying he gets really venegful.

Aries thing or not?

I cry..... it's because I'm past my point of frustration, and it's because I'm over-whelmed with passion.

My thoughts exactly on the moon sign. That could be the reason. You moon is what controls your emotions and often it can over take your sun sign.
I'm like MarsinAries that I cry when frustrated or devastated.

My ex bf was an aries with a gemini moon and he was literally ten times more emotional than me and I am a pisces with a scorpio moon! Im was damned sure I was supposed to be a living emotional mess compared to him... but he was the mess. The worst part was my aries would get very emotional about petty things. My emotional trials would have to do with deaths, family disputes or my failure. His were never larger things like that. He really wore me down, so negative.

I'm an Aries with a Gem moon...I'm an effing mess!!
I've gotten much better as I've aged (28 now) so being young didn't help that poor soul.

ofcourse they can, everyones emotional in some way but weather they show it or not or even control there emotions is a different story. besides crying is much better than punching someone in the face. its out, then its gone. probaly his moon. hmmm vengeful i'm not sure about that but like Austin_Schiller that's probaly down to his ego.

Just because someone cries or is emotional doesnt mean there sissys i think its very brave for someone to cry in public esp for a man. maybe hes just sensitive a little too sensitive 😛

Is he near the Cusp of Pisces, like his birthday is in March?? Because my sister's bf is a March Aries and he cries a lot too, he'll be watching a sad movie and he'll start crying. LOL I dunno sometimes I think Aries men can be more sensitive than women.

Mmm. I would say check his moon... your sun is how you act and your moon is how you REACT... made all the sense to me why I would chase, chase, chase and once I got something too quickly I feared it. I have a sun in Aries and moon in Taurus so it's quite the contradiction... plus I have a Mars in Gemini... don't even get me started lol. Oops. I just made this all about me. 😄

LOL your post made me laugh... SO Aries 🙂. I do that all the time too, write an anecdote about myself to relate to the topic and it just ends up being all about me instead of giving the advice LOL. I'm glad I'm not alone.

As for your Sun Aries and Moon Taurus, it's not so bad, they're neighboring signs so they have a lot more in common than you think (Taurus carries the karmic seed of Aries). In fact, I bet when you've made up your mind about something it's VERY hard to change right? Taurus stubbornness mixed with Aries persistence?? WOOO!!! Watch out! That'd be like moving mount everest! LOL.

I have a Sun in Aries and Moon in Libra talk about contradiction, they're polar opposites, but it wouldn't be as bad as having a sun in Aries with a Cancer or Cap moon.

im an Aries and yes we cry as do every one it seems to me that he really feels safe with you , and i have to say we Aries are a very frustrated people and when we tend to get past what we can take then yes we cry to the one person we feel safe with and heres a thought if you r single then he might have feelings for you i could be wronge but it seems to me you mean alot to the boy . . . . .

AngelicTears, Perhaps this person cries because he feels he can be himself around you? You are the closest friend he has...I am not all into the astro stuff, but somehow, this is all spinning my head because the traits are quite accurate...but let us all be grounded too, because people have different backgrounds. Environments matter in shaping who we all are, I believe.
