Does anyone else have a bi-polar gf that is an Aries or any woman in their life.? Do you ever get used to the highs & lows & recognize them as the condition? & not her

I would leave them, but it depends how bad it is. I'm not an expert but it's something you will never get used to. Their condition is who they are, it's not like when they are acting a certain way, they are not themselves, they are themselves, it's who they are. I know it doesn't seem that way because they can act the extreme opposite to how they were once, but it's still them, almost like split personality disorder.
I had a GF who was bi-polar, she was lovely most of the time, and very attentive, and I wanted to be with her. But there are things impossible to deal with. And I think you have to be careful, because for me, one of the worst things to happen to me, was falling in love with someone who loved me back, but then like a switch going off in their head, just completely stopped wanting to talk to anyone, including me. Imagine loving someone who just turns into a zombie, who has no love for you. It could just be me, and it depends on what kind of level of bi-polar we are talking here, but their love for you is completely based on what kind of medication they are on, change in medication, switch between love for you and no love for you. You will question your own sanity, you will become paranoid yourself.
Other things to consider, are the other mental conditions associated with this. It's rarely just bi-polar. I used to read blogs of people going out with someone with bi-polar disorder. The crazy driving, I'm still surprised now that the woman I went out with isn't dead. Also suicide attempts, you can deal with this, is she trying to kill herself right now? Hypersexuality, meaning she would want to sleep with anyone randomly, and also psychosis, paranoia, delusions, mistrust, verbal abuse, false accusations, drug use. Don't get me wrong, I have friends who are bi-polar and good friends, but on the level of a relationship you will see a different side.
