You still need to act like he’s done something wrong, or maybe he has done something wrong, you haven’t told us. Then when he apologises, say that he can have a second chance.

I ask this as aries man can be abit immature and feel they aren't doing anything wrong if not committed. Are you both on the same page in terms of this relationship? I do feel for you as it's horrible when you want someone so much but they are more casual than you are.
