I've never had a long-term boyfriend. All the guys I've ever dated I've ended up dumping within a few weeks of meeting. But for like the first time ever, I'm falling for this guy long term. I've known him for two months and we've become *close* friends. Like we text a lot every day and hang out several times a week (and we've cuddled, I cried on his shoulder once..). I've had experience with every sign except the water signs, and he's a cancer, but all of his other signs are in fire (like his moon is in Aries) so it works really well. Actually, better then any friend I've ever had.
He knows me better then any body I've ever met, because he always listens to me and remembers everything I say, but he doesn't judge me. He believes me and I'm being honest.. He understands me. And that's never happened before.
But I'm scared I'm going to fall out of love with him... like usual.. and lose a really good friend. So Aries girls, do you have trouble staying in love with your men? Or have I just had rotten luck with it?
...Or maybe he'll fall out of love with me and break my heart Sad I dunno, it's scary, is all.

i'm a pisces-aries cusp and i've had that problem...usually with other aries :p i think the fact he's a cancer will work in your favour. my cancer has been around for 6mths. we're not together yet and i prefer it this way than my last two boyfriends, both fire signs and both gunned me down till i caved into a relationship.
cancers seem to be slow burners. anytime i think my cancer friend has changed his feelings or moved on, he shocks me with his intensity and sweetness. they have staying power, at any rate. you two sound promising smile don't worry!

The problem with Aries woman is not that we fall out of love at all with the person we just get bored easily we are notorious for this and we usually were never really in love with the person to begin with we fall in love with the CHASE rather than the actually person. Wow this describes me so closely! Falling for losers and taking crap... then not taking their crap any more. That's the pattern of all my past "relationships" if you can call them that.
But he is so different in every way... I never thought I'd meet a guy like him.

From what you wrote, AiryBri, I feel like you're using the men you've been with =). When they're of no use to you, then you dump them. You were never in love with any, but loved how they made you feel or what they did for you.

They used me just as much as I used them. And it never lasted more then a few weeks so I haven't broken any hearts.
It's all a part of growing up.

Hi, AiryBri, don't listen to the mean comments, smiley face or not some of the things that were said here were indeed mean.
That being said, I wouldn't worry about falling out of love with this guy. The pattern I've noticed in my case is that I get interested in a guy really quickly, will chase him down for as long as it takes (quickest was 30 minutes, slowest 6 months!), then my level of interest in them depends entirely on how they treat me after we've started hanging out. IF they treat me nice AND are good in bed, I'll stick around for quite a while. IF they meet only one of the two requirements (or NONE, I've had that too and it was soooo bad!), I walk away, no regrets. Now, as far as falling in love is concerned... it doesn't just happen overnight. I've only been in love once, with a Sag, been together for 8 years before it ended, but now I can't imagine what sort of man would be able to make me fall for him...
So enjoy what you have with your Cancer guy and if you end up really falling in love chances are good you two will last. Good luck! smile

Yeah, the doubt is getting better the longer we're together. The only time I worry about is when we are apart, but I never think about it when we're hanging out, because it still feels so perfect the whole time.
We sound pretty similar (either then you having an obviously larger amount of experience) so this gave me hope I could have a love that lasts smile It's already lasted soo much longer then anything else.

Most of them are awesome.. very intelligent people that can dig and probe to solve problems. Very interesting conversationalists. The problem I see with some of them is that they can be insecure with me and not sure how to read me, take things too personal, and let it reflect on their self esteem. I would say this sign has the weakest ego in the zodiac... this isn't bad stuff, just observations. Correct me if I am wrong. smile

The same thing happened to me. Except my friend was an aqua. Eventually I realized she hAd a borderline personality disorder and her evil was caused by genetics And not her sign at all.
