Sometimes I think I'm a man!

Aries girls, do you relate at all!?

Sometimes I think I am a man in a woman's body! No no, not attracted to women in any possible sexual way but:

I like sports.

Im challenging.

I like the adrenaline.

I'm brave. I wouldn't have a problem going into a physical fight with some one if my loved ones were in danger.

Im very active and physical.

I hate gossip.

Detest going shopping.

Cant stand female magazines.

I like video games and stay away from love movies.

I love sex, bed is the way to my heart!

Not into make up and long nails.

With that said, I try to keep a very feminine appearance. It is I think a conscious effort to detach myself from those less feminine traits. I have a very feminine body, long hair, love my dresses and sexy lingerie and high heels. Something like Penelope Cruz crossed with Sofia Vergara, with way less make up!

One of the areas where I am so different from men is in the part where I get attached way more easily than them!! Specially if sex is involved. And I overthink things.

Other than that, when I'm with my girlfriends and I'm listening to them, a lot of times I'm thinking: damn, I dont agree at all, I think I'm a man inside ? Or they invite me to go shopping, or for brunch, or start bitching about someone, I'm like: can we go for a run instead?!

Is this familiar to you at all?
I can relate on most of this.. I love makeup & online shopping but can't stand the mall..Don't play video games & don't do brunch cuz I'm not a morning person ..I've always felt like I'm a man hahahahaha
It brings me a very secretive sort of insecurity that men will not find me feminine enough! But I can't relate to any of my Princess type friends. I feel like slaping them on the face ?

I find it normal for Aries to be this way in both male and female forms.

Female friend Aries are all like you, and Video games well... Aries just don't seem interested, but music.. they usually like music which is cool. And on the evening relaxed and snug watching a movie.

Not sure if you two are like that?

But Aries are competitive and go getters so it makes sense you feel that way.

EDIT male Aries friend like video games, not very competitive but holds his own... has some family issues...

Someone brought a PS4 to work the other day. I won (score wise) the game a few of us tried. And I was celebrating. Then one of my colleagues gives me this bitter comment: Why do you always have to win? So I gave her an answer sounding like Obama: because I can! ?

Posted by TheCanBull
@IamAries do you have a tendency to scare men off?

The aries i know has this problem, and she has no issues raising her fists or verbally smacking you into orbit.

I find her awesome and cool but that's a whole other thing.

Aries sun / Aries moon, she is water dominant though.

A year ago I finished a 6year relationship. I got involved in the summer with a Sag and things were going well until he recently said the dreadful sentence 'Im not ready for a relationship'.

Im not entirely sure if I scare them away. I scare away the bullshitters because I smell them miles away. Im probably a bit intense. But if a guy is confident and secure of himself, I dont think he will be scared of me.

Like Salma Hayek once said, I need a guy with balls bigger than mine! (Or something like this).
@RemixGeneralFishy that's so funny! Didn't know Einstein was a singer! Winking

True!

I don't fight it...I just wonder. I like myself.

Besides, dxpnet is my venting place. I just come here to drop all my private insecurities, something I don't really do offline. And even us Aries have some Winking

But for sure: don't fight it! Own it and improve it! smile

But what a funny chap he was! That song made me laugh hard!
@TheCanBull you are a male bull, right?
I can relate to the majority of what all the Aries are saying. Obviously I'm a Aries sun and moon.

I do wear makeup. Not everyday. I don't believe in relying on make up. As a person with a background in fashion and design, I do enjoy quality clothing and accessories. I'm not into malls. I do think differently than my female friends but they're use to it. I grew up with my male group of friends and my female group of friends. I love playing sports and being active. I enjoy watching basketball and football with my lover. I enjoy watching sports center at night together.

My mother always told me I was ruff around the edges.

In my teen years I felt an insecurity of possibly not being feminine enough even though my physical appearance screamed sexy. Long black hair down my butt. Small waist. Large hips and butt. But I preferred to dress authentic. And not female authentic with all the pink colored shoes and sweats. I'm talking jordans and men's sweatsuits. Oddly enough, the guys liked it. But I could also throw on some heels and a womanly outfit.

Growing up, it was like I had a man and a woman living in my body but as I've gotten older they have intergrated into one person. I can draw on either traits whenever.

This ??

Im not alone ?
Many Aries gals are tomboys. It's got nothing to do with being manly, more to do with being the buddy type and not the traditional feminine woman.

Look at WWE's Charlotte Flair, she's an Aries and she's a beast. My mom was also a tomboy when she was young. She'd climb trees better than the boys and would fight with them.
You are so cute OP Big Grin

I don't like make up tooo! : D I love natural look, never wear anything but lip balm smile and lipstick for occassions : D

.. I loooooove shopping though! It can be any shopping not just my stuff , i love it :p

Gossip, I don't like it too. I feel like kid trapped in a woman's body TBH. I shouldn't have grown up...remained in school.. ☹
Hey ram!

I can't stand even medium long nails! Shopping makes me nervous if it takes too long... I like getting stuff though

Hmm, sometimes I feel like I perceive women as a man would, yet this changes after the first encounter. I love everything about them.

Aries is pure male energy so it makes sense

I have Aries rising and a part of me is very male...even though i am very feminine too

In the past i have broken up fights between men as a man would. I once stood in between two men about to beat the crap out of each other and told them to stop. It was in a pub, so they took it outside away from anyone who could have been harmed

I am independent and travel alone and go out alone and do the things men have been doing for years.

It's good for a woman to have an equal measure of both feminine and masculine. Those Barbie type women make my flesh crawl....ugh

My best friend is an aries, I told her she must have been my husband in another life lol (I'm aware that sounds like lesbian lover pt 4. but its not like that)

We connect on a deep level, been through alot of things together, inspire each other, uplift each other... she's such an amazing person! I wish she could see it

But she's possessive lol doesn't like sharing me with other friends and doesn't trust my love interest completely which is understandable because I'm slightly possessive with her, my friend!!! Big Grin
My best friend is also an Aries. She has a lot of placements in Aries though, so she is REALLY intense!

But we have this joke with another friend of ours - a Gemini - that when I stay with one of them, the other gets jealous! So we always take selfies from bed and send to the other one. And if I stay with the Gemini we joke that 'tonight is your night baby and if you don't make an effort I go back to the Aries'. Sounds stupid the way I described it but it is actually quite funny ?
Posted by Smidge
yes to all of that!

the other day i was talking to a male friend about how i always let women go ahead of me, he said i must be a gentleman lol

so not only a man but a gentleman at that

but yeah, i find it extremely difficult to relate to my female friends, especially in a big group of them talking about fashion etc... most of my close friends are male.
"Not only a man but a gentleman at that" - why do I actually find that sweet? smile

If I was a man I would probably be an idiot.

I hear you!

I broke up a fight once before. And there were a lot of men watching it. No one was doing nothing. That was making me more mad than watching the guys fight for some silly reason. Gggrrrrrrr

I have two female Aries cousins. One is much more stereotypically boyish than the other, but they both love sports, competition, the outdoors, etc. They're also both adorably cute and feminine, even when they're dressed like boys. I wouldn't worry about it unless you've actually received feedback that you're too mannish from someone who isn't a dick.Laughing
No one ever told me anything like that. This is something that comes to my mind when Im with my girl friends because I feel different from them.

One day a male friend of mine was describing a girl he met and he said blablabla like you, very feminine.

Im telling you, all of me was beaming inside with his words! Hahaha

Heyy, nice clever move from your cousin! Winking the cheeky one, good for her!

You have a mutual reception in your chart. Mine is Sun in Sagittarius and Jupiter in Leo.

Yours is Sun in Aries and Mars in Leo. Anyway, both Sun in Aries and Mars in Leo are ultra masculine placements and because they're in mutual reception they kind of feed off each others energies. Not surprised you kinda feel like a man.

Googling meaning of mutual reception..

What would be a more female placement?
I have opposite feeling.

Sometimes I feel I am a girl.

- I like to dance

- I like to express my feelings

- I like coloring my hair

- I like giggling

- I love cooking

- I love washing dishes

- I love cleaning house

- I like making a lot of girl friends

- I am super easy talking to girls.

Sometimes I bend down and check below the balls. And feel where it might have been, if there was one Tongue

*Note:

I was raised by a single mother and in an environment where I had 6 cousin sisters.

I feel the "manly" energy of Mars in Leo too, but with Venus in Taurus, you can't help but express that in a sensual, womanly way, whether or not you're aware of it. At least, that is what I've learned about myself from men over time.

Do you ever initiate contact with men?

I was the one going for the kiss with the Sag Im seeing. I just told him: I think Im going to kiss you now! And the expression on his face is just a 1.000.000 dollar thing! Gives me butterflies.

But I have a few girlfriends that say they would never do it, that it is up to the guy to initiate.

It doesnt work for me. I just hate the game.
Doesn't seem that unusual for Aries influenced individuals! ^^

Anyway I think it's great you challenge stereotypes. Just be you :-) You sound like an amazing lady.
Maybe.. but I doubt someone can hide their true self for too long!

Thank you for your sweet words beautiful ??!

Music is my life , love to snuggle with my dog

I looooove shopping, fashion, beauty and all that jazz.

I'm a perfume and shoe whore lol

I never liked video games past maybe the age of 8 or 9.

I don't like to play sports but do like to watch. The competitive aspect gets me going.

I think my attitude is masculine tho and my way of thinkin. My aqua friend told me that. I agree.

And I love music, especially concerts!

Sometimes I feel like a woman.

Maybe we should switch?

Hope you don't mind waking up with throbbing boners. And I'll try not to mind bleeding from my private area.
I wake up with a throbbing clit and I don't bleed. How 'bout that.

I'm pretty extreme... on both ends of the masculine/feminine spectrum. The contradiction of my outward appearance and internal is night and day... but, the energy is felt and commented on by people I encounter.

I like guns and am a sharp shooter... never, ever miss any point on a desired target... ever.

Last physical fight was 6 years ago.

I am very strong.

I like mental and physical challenges.

I like the adrenaline.

I'm brave.

I've always been the leader in family and business. I don't know any different.

I'm very active and physical.

I love shopping, I'm a clothes horse.

I love female magazines.

I was a gamer but, now too busy with corporate "games."

I like love movies but, they have to be taboo or unusual in some way.

I love sex, but the bed is not the way to my heart... very masculine in my opinion. However, I will cater to the right man's desires completely.

Not into make up... but, I spend alot of money and time on natural health and beauty... thus, my nails are naturally long if I allow it. I'm a do it myself girl... herbs, oils, vitamins, etc. I will cater to a man's desires in this area like a paper doll.

It used to pain me in my youth to be a "walking contradiction." It took alot for people to get to know because of preconcieved notions. I didn't like the shock effect.

I'm totally like this. And I'm so competitive and get these aggressive surges like I could run through a wall if I wanted after a workout. I love the adrenaline but it freak some guys out. Lol I will have to disagree on some parts though I love to spend money on myself. Shopping, spa, and etc. However I feel I create a look that is very seductive for the male gaze. Long hair, nice ass, high heels, etc. But its weird I do it all so I can take them down. Like a sport. Its like if I play the offense right I can score them easily. Men are so simple though it almost becomes boring. Lol

I so get everything you say. I read once that they call aries women 'A mans women' just like there are 'ladies man' lol we are the mans woman.
Posted by AneemA
I'm not aries but can relate to what you're saying a lot. Heck I even got worried of it I fecking watch this!

But I believe deep down inside, in every human being there are masculine and feminine energies. Sometimes one is stronger than another. That's all.

Maybe this video can inspire you.

This woman hipnotised me! I wanna kiss her.
