You could buy a rifle or a shotgun, those are pretty cool. You'll remember your first 12 gauge loaded with 3 inch magnum shells. 
TDA, whats up with the tiny three inchers? Real 18 year olds should try 3 1/2" Magnum's !!! Works much better in a school shooting/massacre situation
