I am : Sun in Taurus, Moon in Pisces, and more importantly, Aquarius Rising. I feel deeply connected to my Aquarius Rising; in everything I've read, I have felt speaks directly to me. I came across this recently, and feel it is so accurate:
"You form your own opinions, but once you do form them, you then want to convince everyone else that they are correct. Try to be more tolerant of the opinions of others."
Unfortunately, this is so true for me, and I don't know if i like it. i feel like I'm constantly posting things on Facebook, asking people to sign this petition, or read this article about poverty and the economy, etc, and NO ONE CARES. Hardly anyone will talk/respond/like. It honestly makes me a little mad that others don't care about the world around them as much as they care about themselves.
Are there any other Aquarius Risings (or even just Aquarius in your other positions) that feel alienated by your peers because of your strong opinions?

I've felt that my presence is noticed no matter where I went ^^' My saturn is also in aquarius, but so were my peer's saturn at the time lmao so yay x).Blend with yourself in your heart. This is something accomplished by yourself.
Don't try to prove your worthiness or righteousness to yourself through other people.
Naturally, we care for others. But trust in yourself that you are right. You are your leader.
Anyway, I have enjoyed looking at this thread.
"Naturally, we care for others. But trust in yourself that you are right. You are your leader."- I LOVE this.
I too am Saturn in Aquarius! Does that make us extra Aquarius-y? lol
I have Saturn in Aquarius too!!
Yeah, I really just need to get over the fact that most people aren't gonna give a damn about Native American rights, even if they're native themselves(just one example).
I feel like I need to find more people like me to talk to in person, online is so entirely different. I understand some people feel they don't have to convince people of their opinions. However in my mind, it is our duty as human beings to do what we can to help make others lives around us better. In doing so, we empower our selves and lift up the people we care about as well. Lol, but that's the idealist in me. I wonder if that's an Aquarius trait too? Either way, thanks for the responses so far guys. I like knowing that there are others a bit like me.

I feel you flapperlife!
But I don't really identify with my Aquarius Rising or Sun... or even Mars or Uranus. I feel more like a Cap sometimes. I have Mercury, Jupiter, and Neptune in Cap in the 12th but I have Saturn in Pisces in the 1st. Saturn in the 1st gives me a very stoic, judgmental appearance lol.
Sometimes, I feel like I identify with my Sag Moon or Aries Venus before any of my Aqua placements! It's most likely because I have Uranus in the 12th, so all of that energy is hidden away.
I do understand how you feel, though. I have extremely strong opinions, very active and involved with politics, and it truly surprises me how little people my age care about ANYTHING. I think my heavy Cap/Saturn placements also make me feel older than I actually am, and I've always felt that way. It's always been hard for me to hang out with people my age for an extended period of time because I genuinely don't give a shit about half the things they talk about.
I also feel like I don't experience emotions the same way others do... like there's this entire realm of feelings and sentiments that I'm completely unaware of lmao. While everyone else is crying over something, I just sit there awkward af. That might have to do with my Sag Moon, though.
