What's sexy/attractive about a pisces rising?

What's attractive (physically/personality) wise about pisces risings? Are the girls beautiful and guys handsome, or are they beautiful inside?
I don't know too many Pisces. I've never heard "pisces" and "sexy" together in a sentence. LOL.
I read from an astrologer that having Venus in the 1st house or rising sign does make one appear attractive.
apparently not many pisces rising here. i'd like to know too.

Pisces risings I know of are handsome & sexy .. kinda shy but not when u get to know them
