Mars and Pluto in the 5th house
I've never heard of such a thing. :/
I have my LEO Sun in the fifth , and that's pretty ideal--
And I never wanted kids.

Yea I even heard Saturn is bad...but lots of people with any of these three planets have healthy children (just super painful labor) so I guess I shouldn't worry. :s

Depends how it's aspected and the rest of the chart...it can simply mean transformative experiences regarding your creativity, hobbies, romance, kids.

Saturn in the 5th can bring some difficulties around children...either pregnancy delays or children that are difficult. My ex has Saturn in the 5th and our son was a very difficult child to raise
