SP could feel that attempting to structure or anchor HP to something or getting HP to commit solidly could be a bit more unclear to SP than it is to most people.
Maybe the idea of some sort of responsibility between the two is foggy.
Maybe subconsciously SP feels he/she can't exert his/her Saturnine qualities around them and for some reason is made guilty when expressing them around HP
- like talking about committing, formal plans etc.
- and try to force him/herself to be more unstructured and carefree without great results sometimes.
12H planet in synastry overlay will, unless there's some other connection to bring it out, be overlooked or disowned by HP.
