Help a Beginner?

I'm very new to astrology I don't know anything other than my sign. I'm really serious about learning, but I'm not sure where to start. I know Sun signs but I don't understand how to get a chart or how to understand what they mean? Can someone give me some help? Or at least some easy to understand websites? Thanks!

For a fact, I know that Scorpios make sexual comments. But, is it with almost everyone or just someone they're attracted to ? I have a Scorpio guy friend (very close to me) and he usually makes sexual comments whenever we're alone or talking on the phone.
