Stereotypical Anime Roles By Zodiac Sign
Aries: The determined, optimistic and hot-headed protagonist.
Taurus: The big brother "sempai" protective sidekick.
Gemini: The laid-back comic relief pervert.
Cancer: The stoic, cold character with a tragic romantic history.
Leo: The boastful, egocentric antagonist with dramatic entrances/exits.
Virgo: The nervous, obsessive-compulsive character who looks great in glasses.
Libra: The single guy caught in a harem anime.
Scorpio: The outwardly playful companion with a secret, sinister agenda revealed in a dark plot twist.
Sagittarius: The loud-mouthed idiot from Osaka.
Capricorn: The intense kendo team captain.
Aquarius: The popular, yet emotionally detached school idol.
Pisces: The mysterious and shy character with psychic/telepathic abilities.
Awesome, the Caps are the Aries are close range fighters here. Though Aries may not say it, I'd beg to differ with all the Aries protagonists. Sword and Fist fighting ftw

loved analysing anime characters. It's because most comedy shows have exaggerated personalities for the characters which makes it so easy and amusing to associate them with specific signs!

I'm a big fan of anime. Video game wise I love Jrpg the most.
I remember an awesome final fantasy game back in the 90's. It was call Final Fantasy Tactics, and each person in the game had a zodiac sign.
Fire signs do more healing to other fire signs, and so on. It was a pretty awesome game lol
I played a FF Tactics on a GBA, is that what you mean? I like the wizards, ninja, and the assassin jobs.
Now why are Leos the antagonists? haha.

most animes have zodiac elements in them, even if it remains as a subtext. The Japanese looove archetypes (they're like caps)

That reminded me of how obsessed my step niece used to be with "Fruits Basket", a Chinese zodiac anime, when she was little. lol
So so so so so good!
Chinese zodiac aside, tried to point out their sun signs which made it more interesting

Vincent is a Libra (It's on the wiki). I think Sephiroth is a Cap.
